Veteran owned, correct insignia work, proofs in 24 hours, and pack pricing published up front. Built for soldiers, families, and every company in between.
Army soldiers judge gear fast, and they are right to. This is a veteran-owned shop that prints unit apparel the way it should be done: correct insignia, honest proofs, and deadlines treated like they came from higher.
Whether it is a full company run or a single retirement shirt, pricing is published up front, the front print is included in every price, and free design help means a phone photo of a sketch is a good enough starting point.
One design, every soldier in the formation, from HHC to the last line company. We hold your unit art on file so the next cycle reorders in minutes. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.
Moisture-wicking tees and performance blanks that survive daily PT, ruck season, and the wash rotation that comes with both. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.
Send-off shirts for the families, tour shirts for the unit, and welcome-home gear that is ready before wheels touch down. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
Unit reunion runs with era-correct type and insignia, sized from S to 5XL so every generation of the unit is covered. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
Spirit gear for family readiness events, priced by the pack so volunteers know the budget before the first shirt prints. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
Single-piece DTG printing means one retirement shirt costs one shirt, with no minimum standing between you and a good send-off. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
Unit crests, distinctive insignia, and company nicknames carry weight, and getting them wrong on a shirt gets noticed at the first formation. Our designers redraw crests as clean vectors, match era-correct stencil type, and flag anything that crosses official trademark lines before it prints, so the shirt honors the unit instead of embarrassing it.
This is a veteran owned shop, and the discipline transfers. Army soldiers get straight answers on dates, a named person on their order, and work we would put our own name on.
That standard cuts both ways. If your art needs work or your timeline is impossible, we tell you up front and offer the fix, because a bad shirt with our print on it costs us more than the order.
Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.
Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Army soldiers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.
The budget workhorse for big runs. 4.5oz light ringspun cotton that keeps a 100 piece order affordable, from $12 a shirt at volume with the front print included.
The standard. 5.3oz heavy cotton in more than 80 colors including military green, sand, and every heather. Holds shape wash after wash.
An 8.0oz fleece crew with a clean uninterrupted front, the best canvas we stock for big crests and old school block lettering.
Do not let missing artwork stall the order. Half our customers start with an idea and nothing else. Our in-house designers redraw low resolution logos as clean vectors, build new designs from a written description, and match era-correct type and insignia when the design calls for it. The service costs nothing with an order, the first proof lands within 24 hours, and revisions are unlimited. You approve the final art in writing before production, so the shirt that arrives is the shirt you signed off on. If you want to try it yourself first, the Design Lab lets you upload art, add text in stencil and athletic fonts, and position everything on the exact garment, front and back, with live pricing the whole time.
Budget planning for Army companys starts with real numbers. This is our light cotton tee pack pricing with the front print already included.

Sizes 2XL and up add $6 each under 25 pieces and $4 each at 25 or more. Heavier garments follow the same pack structure at their own price points, all shown live in the Design Lab as you build, and every estimate is confirmed with a written quote before anything is charged.
Start in the Design Lab on the exact garment we print, or send whatever you have through the quote form. Rough ideas are welcome, that is what the free design service is for.
A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.
You approve in writing before production starts. No surprises at the box opening, because you already saw the shirt.
Production and shipping run 5 to 7 business days standard. Rush options exist and get quoted honestly against your date.
Your art and specs stay on file, so reorders match the first run exactly, down to the ink.
A cheap print on a cheap blank costs more than it saves, because it gets worn twice and then becomes a rag. We print with inks cured to spec, on blanks we stock in weight classes from a 4.5oz summer tee to a 7.5oz max heavyweight, and we stand behind the work: if a print fails from a production defect, we make it right. Screen prints are cured at temperature so they flex instead of cracking, embroidery is digitized in-house so small text stays legible, and full color work runs on garments chosen for the method. That is also why we will steer you to a different garment or method when the one you asked for will not hold up, before your money is on the table.
The honest comparison against the big online printers looks like this. A human designer builds and checks your proof instead of an upload widget guessing at print quality. Pack pricing is published up front instead of revealed at checkout. Your order has one named person on it who answers questions, chases the deadline, and fixes problems without a support ticket queue. And because everything is custom, we are honest about the trade: no returns on finished work, which is exactly why the written proof approval exists. You see precisely what will print before anything prints, which is more protection than a return policy ever gives you on custom gear.
Production plus shipping to every Army installation and every hometown in between runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. APO and FPO addresses ship at the same pace, so deployed elements are covered. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.
Every box leaves counted, tracked, and matched to your roster. Shortages and shipping damage are on us to fix, fast, because delivery day is the only day the customer remembers.
Vector files such as AI, SVG, EPS, and PDF are ideal. A 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background also prints clean. If all you have is a screenshot, we redraw it free.
