DTG and DTF Printing for Sports Teams and Leagues

Custom printed in full color apparel built for every team that needs gear people actually wear. Proofed in 24 hours, shipped in 5 to 7 business days.

DTG and DTF Printing built for sports teams and leagues

From unit intramurals to youth leagues, we do jerseys, numbers, and fan gear with team pricing and one point of contact. It is also why the second order is usually bigger than the first.

Full color starting at just 10 pieces. Photographs, gradients, and detailed art on ten shirts or one hundred, on cotton, blends, and polyester. For sports teams and leagues, that translates into gear that earns its keep: worn on purpose, washed hard, and reordered when the next season, class, or roster arrives.

02 //

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We print for units, veterans, and military families every day, and the discipline transfers. Sports teams and leagues get straight answers on dates, a named person on their order, and work we would put our own name on.

It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.

03 //

What we printed for every team

Sublimated jerseys with names and numbers

Full color from a low 10 piece minimum, and photographs print exactly as shot. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Practice tees and hoodies

Full color from a low 10 piece minimum, and photographs print exactly as shot. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

Fan and parent gear

Full color from a low 10 piece minimum, and photographs print exactly as shot. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Tournament shirts

Full color from a low 10 piece minimum, and photographs print exactly as shot. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

Team banners

Full color from a low 10 piece minimum, and photographs print exactly as shot. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Build it on the real garment and watch the price calculate live.

The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.

04 //

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among sports teams and leagues, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Classic Cotton Tee

Eighty colors deep, this is the dependable canvas for photographic and memorial work. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

A 7.5oz boxy streetwear blank built for oversized full color hits front and back. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Premium Heavyweight Tee

Garment dyed 6.1oz cotton with a washed, premium feel. Full color DTG on this blank looks like retail product, not a print job. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

05 //

Design help that costs nothing

Every order includes the design team. They rescue low-resolution logos, invent art from plain descriptions, and keep insignia and period typography accurate when the concept demands it. Twenty-four hours after you send the idea, the proof is in your inbox; as many revisions as it takes come free, and your written sign-off is what starts the presses.

Or open the Design Lab and lay the design out yourself, priced in real time on the exact blank.

06 //

What it costs

Start the budget from the real numbers: published light cotton tee packs, front print built into every figure sports teams and leagues see.

Options price per piece: back prints at the listed rate (falling to $3 at 25 and $2 at 50), oversized full-body fronts at $3 under 25 pieces or $2 above, and 2XL-plus sizes at $6 under 25 pieces or $4 above. Every heavier garment keeps this same pack shape at its own numbers, and the Design Lab totals it live while you build.

07 //

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.

02

Proof

The proof arrives inside a day, drawn at print size on your chosen garment and color. Change anything, as often as needed, at no cost.

03

Approve

Your written approval is the gate. Until it exists, nothing prints; once it exists, exactly that design prints.

04

Print and ship

Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.

05

Reorder

We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.

08 //

Printed to outlast the season

The test for every piece that leaves here is simple: will it still look right after fifty washes? Cured ink that flexes with the fabric, in-house digitizing that keeps small stitches legible, and blanks chosen by weight class for how the gear will actually be used. When the honest answer is that a garment or method will not hold up, we say so and steer you to one that will, before your money is on the table.

09 //

The big-platform comparison

Automated printers optimize for volume; this shop optimizes for the order in front of it. That difference shows up as a designer catching problems an upload widget would print anyway, prices that are public instead of assembled at checkout, and a person whose actual job is your deadline. The proof-approval step replaces the return policy custom work cannot have.

10 //

Shipping and turnaround

Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to every team in all 50 states. APO and FPO addresses ship at the same pace, so deployed elements are covered. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.

Every box leaves counted, tracked, and matched to your roster. Shortages and shipping damage are on us to fix, fast, because delivery day is the only day the customer remembers.

Common questions

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

That is the point of the Design Lab: the complete number, packs, back prints, size upcharges, shipping, updates live while you design, before any contact form.

How long does shipping take?

Count 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, production included. Tighter date? Ask about rush and you get a straight answer before paying.

Do you help with the design?

Included with every order: a designer turns whatever you send into print-ready art, proofs it within 24 hours, and revises free until approved.

Can you handle a large order for your team?

Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Simple math: 2XL and up cost $6 more per piece on small orders and $4 more per piece from 25 pieces. No other size fees exist, and the Design Lab totals it live.

What is your return policy?

There are no returns on custom orders; once printed, the work is final. That is exactly why production never starts without your written approval of a free proof, and why the size roster deserves a second look before you submit.
