Embroidery for Restaurants and Bars

Custom embroidered apparel built for every staff that needs gear people actually wear. Proofed in 24 hours, shipped in 5 to 7 business days.

Embroidery built for restaurants and bars

Staff shirts take grease, bleach, and nightly washes. We print on garments that survive the industry, and merch that regulars want to buy. It is also why the second order is usually bigger than the first.

Digitized stitching for hats, polos, and jackets. A left-chest logo runs 5,000 to 8,000 stitches and reads professional in any room. For restaurants and bars, that translates into gear that earns its keep: worn on purpose, washed hard, and reordered when the next season, class, or roster arrives.

02 //

Why order from a shop built for the military community

This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when restaurants and bars call, a person who owns the order answers.

Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.

What we embroidered for every staff

Front and back of house staff tees

Stitched, not printed, so it reads professional up close and survives years of wear without cracking or fading. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Embroidered aprons and polos

Stitched, not printed, so it reads professional up close and survives years of wear without cracking or fading. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Anniversary and event merch

Stitched, not printed, so it reads professional up close and survives years of wear without cracking or fading. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Koozies and merch customers buy

Stitched, not printed, so it reads professional up close and survives years of wear without cracking or fading. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

Patio banners and signage

Stitched, not printed, so it reads professional up close and survives years of wear without cracking or fading. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Build it on the real garment and watch the price calculate live.

Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.

04 //

What to print it on

Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks restaurants and bars pick most, all designable online on real product photos.

Pullover Hoodie

An 8.0oz fleece hoodie with a stitched left chest mark is the piece people fight over at the end of the season. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

For daily-wear staff gear, stitched crews beat printed ones on lifespan every time. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Classic Cotton Tee

The embroidered tee: understated, uniform-grade, and comfortable enough to actually wear. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

The art department is included

Design help is not an upsell here, it is how orders start. Describe the concept in a sentence, attach whatever reference you have, and within 24 hours a real designer returns a proof drawn as clean vectors, era-correct where it matters. Revisions cost nothing and continue until the proof is right, and your written approval is the only thing that sends it to production.

The Design Lab is there when you want to drive: upload, place, and price the design yourself on the exact garment we print.

06 //

What it costs

No mystery pricing. These are the published packs on our light cotton tee, front print included, and restaurants and bars watch the per piece cost fall as quantity climbs.

QuantityPack pricePer shirtShippingAdd back print

Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.

07 //

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.

02

Proof

Twenty-four hours gets you a designer-built proof on the exact blank you chose. Iterate freely until it is right.

03

Approve

The press does not move without your written yes. It is the single checkpoint that makes the no-returns policy fair.

04

Print and ship

From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.

05

Reorder

Everything about the run gets archived, which turns every future reorder into a one-line email.

08 //

Printed to outlast the season

The test for every piece that leaves here is simple: will it still look right after fifty washes? Cured ink that flexes with the fabric, in-house digitizing that keeps small stitches legible, and blanks chosen by weight class for how the gear will actually be used. When the honest answer is that a garment or method will not hold up, we say so and steer you to one that will, before your money is on the table.

09 //

Why crews switch to us

Usually it is one of three moments: a big-platform order arrived wrong and nobody answered the support ticket, a hidden fee doubled the checkout price, or a deadline slipped with no warning. Our structure removes all three. Written proof approval before production, published pack pricing before any conversation, and a single named person who owns your order until it is delivered.

10 //

Shipping and turnaround

Every order ships tracked to every staff in all 50 states with standard production plus shipping at 5 to 7 business days. APO and FPO addresses ship at the same pace, so deployed elements are covered. Free shipping kicks in at 100 pieces, and pack shipping rates below that are published, not surprises at checkout.

Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.

Common questions

What is your return policy?

Due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. Double check sizing and artwork before submitting your order. Every order gets a free proof first, and nothing prints until you approve it in writing.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes, 10 pieces. That is the smallest run we print, packs for your staff keep dropping the per piece price from there, and free shipping starts at 100.

What file types work best?

File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Yes. We ship to all 50 states and to APO and FPO addresses for deployed and overseas service members.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Yes, and without giving up your email: the Design Lab keeps the complete total, packs to shipping, on screen while you design.

How long does shipping take?

The standard clock is 5 to 7 business days covering both production and delivery. Many orders can run faster; name the date and we will confirm or decline honestly.

Do you help with the design?

Yes, and it costs nothing with your order. Send a sketch, an old logo, or just the idea, and a designer sends a print ready proof within 24 hours.
