Embroidery for Small Businesses

Custom embroidered apparel built for every company that needs gear people actually wear. Proofed in 24 hours, shipped in 5 to 7 business days.

Embroidery built for small businesses

A uniformed team looks established. Left-chest embroidery, clean prints, and reorders that match the first run exactly. It is also why the second order is usually bigger than the first.

Digitized stitching for hats, polos, and jackets. A left-chest logo runs 5,000 to 8,000 stitches and reads professional in any room. Pair that with free design help and published pack pricing, and small businesses get a vendor that behaves like part of the team instead of a checkout page.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when small businesses call, a person who owns the order answers.

The same discipline applies inward: an unrealistic date or a design that will not print well gets flagged before you commit, not explained after.

What we embroidered for every company

Uniform tees and polos with your logo

Stitched, not printed, so it reads professional up close and survives years of wear without cracking or fading. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Embroidered hats for the counter

Stitched, not printed, so it reads professional up close and survives years of wear without cracking or fading. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Branded hoodies for the team

Stitched, not printed, so it reads professional up close and survives years of wear without cracking or fading. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Grand opening banners

Stitched, not printed, so it reads professional up close and survives years of wear without cracking or fading. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Customer merch

Stitched, not printed, so it reads professional up close and survives years of wear without cracking or fading. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Build it on the real garment and watch the price calculate live.

Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among small businesses, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Pullover Hoodie

An 8.0oz fleece hoodie with a stitched left chest mark is the piece people fight over at the end of the season. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

Staff uniforms default to the embroidered crew for one reason: it outlives everything else in the rotation. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Classic Cotton Tee

The embroidered tee: understated, uniform-grade, and comfortable enough to actually wear. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

05 //

No artwork? That is the normal case

Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

Prefer hands-on? Build the design yourself in the Design Lab on real product photos, with the running price on screen while you work.

What it costs

Budget planning for small businesses starts with real numbers. This is our light cotton tee pack pricing with the front print already included.

Beyond the table, the only extras are per-piece and public: back prints at the listed rate stepping down to $3 then $2, oversized fronts at $3 dropping to $2, and 2XL-plus at $6 dropping to $4. The Design Lab does this arithmetic for you in real time.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Start in the Design Lab on the exact garment we print, or send whatever you have through the quote form. Rough ideas are welcome, that is what the free design service is for.

02

Proof

Twenty-four hours gets you a designer-built proof on the exact blank you chose. Iterate freely until it is right.

03

Approve

You approve in writing before production starts. No surprises at the box opening, because you already saw the shirt.

04

Print and ship

Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.

05

Reorder

Your art and specs stay on file, so reorders match the first run exactly, down to the ink.

08 //

The big-platform comparison

Automated printers optimize for volume; this shop optimizes for the order in front of it. That difference shows up as a designer catching problems an upload widget would print anyway, prices that are public instead of assembled at checkout, and a person whose actual job is your deadline. The proof-approval step replaces the return policy custom work cannot have.

09 //

Shipping and turnaround

Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to every company in all 50 states. APO and FPO addresses ship at the same pace, so deployed elements are covered. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.

Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.

Common questions

How long does shipping take?

Five to seven business days, all in, from approval to arrival. Rush exists for real deadlines and gets an honest yes or no up front.

Do you help with the design?

Design help is included free. Whatever you have, a napkin sketch, a faded shirt photo, a sentence, becomes a print-ready proof from a real designer within 24 hours.

Can you handle a large order for your company?

Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Simple math: 2XL and up cost $6 more per piece on small orders and $4 more per piece from 25 pieces. No other size fees exist, and the Design Lab totals it live.

What is your return policy?

Due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. Double check sizing and artwork before submitting your order. Every order gets a free proof first, and nothing prints until you approve it in writing.

Is there a minimum order?

Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your company begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.

What file types work best?

Vector files such as AI, SVG, EPS, and PDF are ideal. A 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background also prints clean. If all you have is a screenshot, we redraw it free.
