Sublimation for Construction Companies

Custom sublimated apparel built for every crew that needs gear people actually wear. Proofed in 24 hours, shipped in 5 to 7 business days.

Sublimation built for construction companies

Hi-vis safety colors are in stock, prints hold up to jobsite laundry cycles, and back prints turn every crew member into a billboard. It is also why the second order is usually bigger than the first.

Dye bonded into polyester fiber, so it never cracks, peels, or washes out. All-over prints, jerseys, koozies, mugs, and flags. For construction companies, that translates into gear that earns its keep: worn on purpose, washed hard, and reordered when the next season, class, or roster arrives.

02 //

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We built this company on a simple standard: print it like the name on it matters. For construction companies, that means honest timelines, real proofs, and no excuses on delivery day.

Honesty runs in both directions here. A doomed timeline or a design that will disappoint gets called out early, with an alternative attached.

What we sublimated for every crew

Crew tees with company logo front and back

Dyed into the fabric itself, which means all-over coverage that never peels, cracks, or washes out. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Safety green and safety orange shirts

Dyed into the fabric itself, which means all-over coverage that never peels, cracks, or washes out. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Hoodies and beanies for cold sites

Dyed into the fabric itself, which means all-over coverage that never peels, cracks, or washes out. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Embroidered caps for foremen

Dyed into the fabric itself, which means all-over coverage that never peels, cracks, or washes out. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

Jobsite banners

Dyed into the fabric itself, which means all-over coverage that never peels, cracks, or washes out. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

No sales call needed to get a number.

Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For construction companies, these three earn their keep.

Pullover Hoodie

The team-store look: sublimation accents plus embroidery on the fleece hoodie. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

All-over designs want the boxiest canvas in the lineup, and this is it. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Classic Cotton Tee

Names and numbers pair with a standard tee for practice gear that does not break the budget. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Free design, real designers

Most orders here start without finished artwork, and that is fine. Our in-house designers redraw low resolution logos as clean vectors, build new designs from a written description, and match era-correct type and insignia when the design calls for it. The service costs nothing with an order, the first proof lands within 24 hours, and revisions are unlimited. You approve the final art in writing before production, so the shirt that arrives is the shirt you signed off on.

Want to try it yourself first? The Design Lab lets you upload art, add text in stencil and athletic fonts, and position everything on the exact garment with live pricing the whole time.

What it costs

The table below is the actual price list construction companies order from, light cotton tee, front print included, no asterisks.

PiecesTotalEachShipBack print add
10 pieces$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
15 pieces$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea
20 pieces$320$16 ea$20.99$4 ea
25 pieces$375$15 ea$20.99$3 ea
50 pieces$700$14 ea$22.99$2 ea
100 pieces$1200$12 eaFREE$2 ea

Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.

07 //

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.

02

Proof

A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.

03

Approve

Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.

04

Print and ship

Production and shipping run 5 to 7 business days standard. Rush options exist and get quoted honestly against your date.

05

Reorder

The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.

08 //

The big-platform comparison

Automated printers optimize for volume; this shop optimizes for the order in front of it. That difference shows up as a designer catching problems an upload widget would print anyway, prices that are public instead of assembled at checkout, and a person whose actual job is your deadline. The proof-approval step replaces the return policy custom work cannot have.

09 //

Shipping and turnaround

Production plus shipping to every crew in all 50 states runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. APO and FPO addresses ship at the same pace, so deployed elements are covered. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.

Every box leaves counted, tracked, and matched to your roster. Shortages and shipping damage are on us to fix, fast, because delivery day is the only day the customer remembers.

Common questions

Is there a minimum order?

Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your crew begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.

What file types work best?

Send whatever exists. Vectors print perfectly, high resolution PNGs print clean, and anything below that gets redrawn free by the design team before it goes near a press.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Completely. Build the design in the Design Lab and the full order total sits on screen the whole time; no email, no call, no waiting.

How long does shipping take?

Count 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, production included. Tighter date? Ask about rush and you get a straight answer before paying.

Do you help with the design?

Included with every order: a designer turns whatever you send into print-ready art, proofs it within 24 hours, and revises free until approved.

Can you handle a large order for your crew?

Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.
