The standard. 5.3oz heavy cotton in more than 80 colors including military green, sand, and every heather. Holds shape wash after wash. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
The clean-front fleece crew: 8.0oz, no pocket, no hood, maximum canvas for crests and block letters. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.
Big-run economics start here: light ringspun cotton from $12 at volume, with the front print already in the price. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.
There are no returns on custom orders; once printed, the work is final. That is exactly why production never starts without your written approval of a free proof, and why the size roster deserves a second look before you submit.
