Anderson orders custom gear here because the pricing is published, the proof is free, and delivery to South Dakota runs 5 to 7 business days flat.

Custom shirts delivered to Anderson

Crews in Anderson order from us the same way the big-city ones do: published pack pricing, free design help, and a written proof before a single shirt prints.

From one end of Anderson to the other, 0.8 square miles, the shipping promise does not change: 5 to 7 business days, tracked. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Pine Lakes Addition, SD (2 mi), Rowena, SD (3 mi), Shindler, SD (4 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. The closest major installation is Offutt Air Force Base, roughly 167 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

The South Dakota military community orders here too: unit and family gear for Ellsworth Air Force Base, plus every recruiter, Guard unit, and veteran org chapter around Anderson.

What Anderson orders most

Youth sports and booster gear

Team shirts, fan tees, and booster fundraisers with youth and adult sizes mixed in one pack. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

School spirit wear

Field day, clubs, and spirit weeks, all proofed free with pack pricing the treasurer can verify. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Small business and crew apparel

Workwear for local crews: printed tees, embroidered polos, gear that outlasts the season. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

HOA, civic, and community events

The civic calendar runs on volunteers, and volunteers run better in matching shirts. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Church and service group shirts

Service group shirts, from food drives to youth retreats, priced openly by the pack. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Runs, tournaments, and fundraisers

Fundraiser and event tees on deadlines we commit to in writing. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Anderson customers call, a person who owns the order answers.

The same discipline applies inward: an unrealistic date or a design that will not print well gets flagged before you commit, not explained after.

No sales call needed to get a number.

Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Anderson customers, these three earn their keep.

Essential Light Tee

The budget workhorse for big runs. 4.5oz light ringspun cotton that keeps a 100 piece order affordable, from $12 a shirt at volume with the front print included. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Classic Cotton Tee

The default unit shirt: heavy cotton, an 80-color palette, and a fit that survives the wash cycle. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

An 8.0oz fleece crew with a clean uninterrupted front, the best canvas we stock for big crests and old school block lettering. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

From rough idea to press-ready

The gap between what you have and what a press needs is our designers job to close, free with any order. Whatever the starting point, the output is the same: clean vectors, correct insignia, a proof within 24 hours, and unlimited revisions until you approve it in writing. Only then does anything print.

The Design Lab offers the self-serve path, with your art positioned on real product photos and the total priced as you go.

What it costs

The table below is the actual price list Anderson customers order from, light cotton tee, front print included, no asterisks.

QuantityPack pricePer shirtShippingAdd back print
10 pieces$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
15 pieces$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea
20 pieces$320$16 ea$20.99$4 ea
25 pieces$375$15 ea$20.99$3 ea
50 pieces$700$14 ea$22.99$2 ea
100 pieces$1200$12 eaFREE$2 ea

Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Two doors in: the quote form if you want a person on it immediately, or the Design Lab if you want to see it on the garment first. Either way, unfinished ideas are the expected input.

02

Proof

Twenty-four hours gets you a designer-built proof on the exact blank you chose. Iterate freely until it is right.

03

Approve

The press does not move without your written yes. It is the single checkpoint that makes the no-returns policy fair.

04

Print and ship

From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.

05

Reorder

Your art and specs stay on file, so reorders match the first run exactly, down to the ink.

09 //

Shipping and turnaround

Production plus shipping to Anderson addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.

Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.

Common questions

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Simple math: 2XL and up cost $6 more per piece on small orders and $4 more per piece from 25 pieces. No other size fees exist, and the Design Lab totals it live.

What is your return policy?

Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes, 10 pieces. That is the smallest run we print, packs for your Anderson group keep dropping the per piece price from there, and free shipping starts at 100.

What file types work best?

File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Yes. We ship to all 50 states and to APO and FPO addresses for deployed and overseas service members.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

That is the point of the Design Lab: the complete number, packs, back prints, size upcharges, shipping, updates live while you design, before any contact form.

How long does shipping take?

Standard production plus shipping takes 5 to 7 business days. Rush options are available on many orders, tell us your date and we answer honestly.
