Argyle orders custom gear here because the pricing is published, the proof is free, and delivery to Missouri runs 5 to 7 business days flat.
Crews in Argyle order from us the same way the big-city ones do: published pack pricing, free design help, and a written proof before a single shirt prints.
Argyle is home to a community of 145 across 0.4 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Freeburg, MO (6 mi), Meta, MO (8 mi), Vienna, MO (8 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. For the military community, Fort Leonard Wood sits about 33 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.
The Missouri military community orders here too: unit and family gear for Fort Leonard Wood and Whiteman Air Force Base, plus every recruiter, Guard unit, and veteran org chapter around Argyle.
Best per-piece price at volume, with ink that outlives the garment.
Thread instead of ink: caps, polos, and outerwear with permanent texture.
Photograph-grade prints from a 10 piece run up.
All-over color dyed into the fabric, impossible to crack or peel.
Homecoming banners and event signage built for outdoors.
Logo cleanups, redraws, and full concepts from the in-house team.
League jerseys and fan gear where kid and parent sizes share one pack price. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
Spirit gear for schools where the PTA sees the proof and the price before any form goes home. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
Shop shirts and stitched caps that make a small crew read like an established company. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
Festival tees, cleanup-day shirts, and volunteer gear for the events that hold a town together. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
Mission trip tees and congregation gear at pack rates a committee can approve. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
Race shirts and tournament gear that arrive before the starting gun, guaranteed honestly. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.
The shop runs on habits borrowed from the people we serve: accountability by name, honest reporting, and deadlines that do not slide. Argyle customers feel the difference on the first order.
It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.
The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.
Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Argyle customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.
Big-run economics start here: light ringspun cotton from $12 at volume, with the front print already in the price. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
The default unit shirt: heavy cotton, an 80-color palette, and a fit that survives the wash cycle. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
The clean-front fleece crew: 8.0oz, no pocket, no hood, maximum canvas for crests and block letters. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.
Design help is not an upsell here, it is how orders start. Describe the concept in a sentence, attach whatever reference you have, and within 24 hours a real designer returns a proof drawn as clean vectors, era-correct where it matters. Revisions cost nothing and continue until the proof is right, and your written approval is the only thing that sends it to production.
The Design Lab is there when you want to drive: upload, place, and price the design yourself on the exact garment we print.
Start the budget from the real numbers: published light cotton tee packs, front print built into every figure Argyle customers see.

Options price per piece: back prints at the listed rate (falling to $3 at 25 and $2 at 50), oversized full-body fronts at $3 under 25 pieces or $2 above, and 2XL-plus sizes at $6 under 25 pieces or $4 above. Every heavier garment keeps this same pack shape at its own numbers, and the Design Lab totals it live while you build.
Two doors in: the quote form if you want a person on it immediately, or the Design Lab if you want to see it on the garment first. Either way, unfinished ideas are the expected input.
A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.
Your written approval is the gate. Until it exists, nothing prints; once it exists, exactly that design prints.
Production and shipping run 5 to 7 business days standard. Rush options exist and get quoted honestly against your date.
We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.
Every order ships tracked to Argyle addresses with standard production plus shipping at 5 to 7 business days. Free shipping kicks in at 100 pieces, and pack shipping rates below that are published, not surprises at checkout.
Every box leaves counted, tracked, and matched to your roster. Shortages and shipping damage are on us to fix, fast, because delivery day is the only day the customer remembers.
Included with every order: a designer turns whatever you send into print-ready art, proofs it within 24 hours, and revises free until approved.
Absolutely. Bulk is where pack pricing shines, and big mixed-size runs ship counted against your roster with a single person accountable for the date.
Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your argyle group can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.
Best case: vector art (AI, SVG, EPS, PDF). Very good case: a 300 DPI transparent PNG. Worst case: a screenshot, which our designers redraw at no charge anyway.
Deployed addresses are first-class here: APO and FPO ship on the standard timeline, right alongside all 50 states.
