Custom shirt printing in Aztec, NM.

Custom shirts, hats, and gear for Aztec crews, printed by a shop that lives for this work and delivered anywhere in New Mexico in 5 to 7 business days.

01 //

Custom shirts delivered to Aztec

Crews in Aztec order from us the same way the big-city ones do: published pack pricing, free design help, and a written proof before a single shirt prints.

Census numbers put Aztec at about 6,100 people on 17.1 square miles of New Mexico, all of it covered by the same tracked shipping. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Center Point, NM (4 mi), North Light Plant, NM (5 mi), Bloomfield, NM (5 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. The closest major installation is Kirtland Air Force Base, roughly 139 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

The New Mexico military community orders here too: unit and family gear for White Sands Missile Range and Kirtland Air Force Base, plus every recruiter, Guard unit, and veteran org chapter around Aztec.

What Aztec orders most

Youth sports and booster gear

League jerseys and fan gear where kid and parent sizes share one pack price. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

School spirit wear

Spirit gear for schools where the PTA sees the proof and the price before any form goes home. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Small business and crew apparel

Workwear for local crews: printed tees, embroidered polos, gear that outlasts the season. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

HOA, civic, and community events

The civic calendar runs on volunteers, and volunteers run better in matching shirts. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Church and service group shirts

Group apparel for congregations, mission trips, and food drives at honest pack pricing. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Runs, tournaments, and fundraisers

Fundraiser and event tees on deadlines we commit to in writing. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Aztec customers call, a person who owns the order answers.

Honesty runs in both directions here. A doomed timeline or a design that will disappoint gets called out early, with an alternative attached.

No sales call needed to get a number.

Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.

05 //

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Aztec customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Classic Cotton Tee

The default unit shirt: heavy cotton, an 80-color palette, and a fit that survives the wash cycle. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

For big front art, nothing beats this 8.0oz crew with its uninterrupted printing field. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Essential Light Tee

When the count is high, this 4.5oz ringspun blank keeps the math friendly: $12 a shirt at volume, front print included. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Design help that costs nothing

Every order includes the design team. They rescue low-resolution logos, invent art from plain descriptions, and keep insignia and period typography accurate when the concept demands it. Twenty-four hours after you send the idea, the proof is in your inbox; as many revisions as it takes come free, and your written sign-off is what starts the presses.

Or open the Design Lab and lay the design out yourself, priced in real time on the exact blank.

07 //

What it costs

Here is what Aztec customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.

QuantityPack pricePer shirtShippingAdd back print
Pack of 10$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
Pack of 15$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea
Pack of 20$320$16 ea$20.99$4 ea

Pack of 50$700$14 ea$22.99$2 ea
Pack of 100$1200$12 eaFREE$2 ea

Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.

05

Reorder

Your art and specs stay on file, so reorders match the first run exactly, down to the ink.

09 //

Shipping and turnaround

Delivery to Aztec addresses follows one simple clock: 5 to 7 business days including production, with tracking from the moment it leaves. Hit 100 pieces and the shipping line drops to zero.

Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.

Common questions

What file types work best?

Send whatever exists. Vectors print perfectly, high resolution PNGs print clean, and anything below that gets redrawn free by the design team before it goes near a press.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Completely. Build the design in the Design Lab and the full order total sits on screen the whole time; no email, no call, no waiting.

How long does shipping take?

Count 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, production included. Tighter date? Ask about rush and you get a straight answer before paying.

Do you help with the design?

Included with every order: a designer turns whatever you send into print-ready art, proofs it within 24 hours, and revises free until approved.

Can you handle a large order for your Aztec group?

Large orders are the specialty, not the exception: hundreds of mixed-size pieces, roster-counted boxes, one accountable contact.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.
