Banners and Signs in Accord, NY.

From single pieces to full crew runs, Accord gets printed large format gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.

Banners and Signs delivered to Accord

Accord crews order printed large format gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Accord address in 5 to 7 business days.

All 3.4 square miles of Accord sit inside our normal delivery map, tracked door to door. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Kerhonkson, NY (3 mi), Stone Ridge, NY (5 mi), High Falls, NY (6 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. For the military community, West Point sits about 32 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Accord counted against your roster.

Because Kerhonkson sits only 3 miles from Accord, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.

What Accord gets printed large format

Event signage

Signage for race day and fair day: sponsors, directions, registration. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Retractable banner stands

Pull-up stands that turn a folding table into a professional booth. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Yard and field signs

Corrugated signs by the stack for fundraisers and campaigns. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Vinyl banners with grommets

Hem-and-grommet outdoor vinyl sized to the fence line. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Memorial and dedication displays

Memorial signage treated as the most important order in the building. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Homecoming banners

Four-by-eight photo banners for the pier, hangar, and parade field, printed fast because return dates move. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Accord customers call, a person who owns the order answers.

That standard cuts both ways. If your art needs work or your timeline is impossible, we tell you up front and offer the fix, because a bad shirt with our print on it costs us more than the order.

Build it on the real garment and watch the price calculate live.

Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Accord customers, these three earn their keep.

Classic Cotton Tee

Banners and matching shirts in one order share a proof, a deadline, and a delivery date. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Essential Light Tee

Volunteer and staff tees to match the signage, priced for handing out by the box. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Pullover Hoodie

For outdoor events in cold months, the crew needs more than a tee. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Design help that costs nothing

Every order includes the design team. They rescue low-resolution logos, invent art from plain descriptions, and keep insignia and period typography accurate when the concept demands it. Twenty-four hours after you send the idea, the proof is in your inbox; as many revisions as it takes come free, and your written sign-off is what starts the presses.

Or open the Design Lab and lay the design out yourself, priced in real time on the exact blank.

What it costs

Start the budget from the real numbers: published light cotton tee packs, front print built into every figure Accord customers see.

Oversized full body fronts add $3 per piece under 25 pieces and $2 at 25 or more, and sizes 2XL and up add $6 each under 25 pieces or $4 each at 25 or more. Heavier garments follow the same pack structure at their own price points, all shown live in the Design Lab.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Two doors in: the quote form if you want a person on it immediately, or the Design Lab if you want to see it on the garment first. Either way, unfinished ideas are the expected input.

02

Proof

A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.

03

Approve

You approve in writing before production starts. No surprises at the box opening, because you already saw the shirt.

04

Print and ship

Approval to doorstep runs 5 to 7 business days as the default, faster when rush is booked and honestly refused when it cannot be.

05

Reorder

Your art and specs stay on file, so reorders match the first run exactly, down to the ink.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Delivery to Accord addresses follows one simple clock: 5 to 7 business days including production, with tracking from the moment it leaves. Hit 100 pieces and the shipping line drops to zero.

Every box leaves counted, tracked, and matched to your roster. Shortages and shipping damage are on us to fix, fast, because delivery day is the only day the customer remembers.

Common questions

How long does shipping take?

Five to seven business days, all in, from approval to arrival. Rush exists for real deadlines and gets an honest yes or no up front.

Do you help with the design?

Design help is included free. Whatever you have, a napkin sketch, a faded shirt photo, a sentence, becomes a print-ready proof from a real designer within 24 hours.

Can you handle a large order for your Accord crew?

Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

The extended-size rule fits in one line: add $6 per piece below 25 total, $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab applies it automatically.

What is your return policy?

There are no returns on custom orders; once printed, the work is final. That is exactly why production never starts without your written approval of a free proof, and why the size roster deserves a second look before you submit.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes, 10 pieces. That is the smallest run we print, packs for your Accord crew keep dropping the per piece price from there, and free shipping starts at 100.
