Banners and Signs in Alta Vista, KS.

From single pieces to full crew runs, Alta Vista gets printed large format gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.

Banners and Signs delivered to Alta Vista

Weatherproof 13oz vinyl banners, retractable stands, and yard signs. Hemmed, grommeted, and printed fast. For Alta Vista, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Census numbers put Alta Vista at a community of 412 on 0.3 square miles of Kansas, all of it covered by the same tracked shipping. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Dwight, KS (6 mi), Parkerville, KS (12 mi), Council Grove, KS (14 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. The closest major installation is Fort Riley, roughly 23 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Alta Vista counted against your roster.

Because Dwight sits only 6 miles from Alta Vista, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.

What Alta Vista gets printed large format

Vinyl banners with grommets

Outdoor vinyl hemmed, grommeted, and cut to the fence you plan to hang it on. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Memorial and dedication displays

Ceremony pieces handled with the gravity the event carries. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Homecoming banners

Homecoming banners printed quick, because the ship rarely lands on the day first announced. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Event signage

Registration, sponsor, and directional signs for runs, fairs, and ceremonies. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Retractable banner stands

The thirty-second booth: retractable stands for recruiters and expos. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Yard and field signs

Field and yard signs in quantity, printed on corrugated plastic. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Alta vista customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.

Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.

See your exact price in about ninety seconds.

The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.

04 //

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Alta Vista customers, these three earn their keep.

Classic Cotton Tee

Most banner orders add matching event shirts. Doing both in one order means one proof, one deadline, one delivery. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Essential Light Tee

Staff tees matched to the signage, cheap enough to hand out by the case. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Pullover Hoodie

When the event is outdoors in November, the staff gear is a hoodie. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Bring the idea, we draw the rest

Finished files are welcome but never required. A faded photo, a hand sketch, or three sentences of description all become professional vector art at no charge, proofed back to you within a day. The revision count is unlimited, the approval is in writing, and production does not move an inch until that approval exists.

Hands-on types can skip the wait entirely: the Design Lab puts your art on the actual garment with the price updating live.

06 //

What it costs

Here is what Alta Vista customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.

PiecesTotalEachShipBack print add
10 pieces$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
15 pieces$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea

Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Start in the Design Lab on the exact garment we print, or send whatever you have through the quote form. Rough ideas are welcome, that is what the free design service is for.

02

Proof

The proof arrives inside a day, drawn at print size on your chosen garment and color. Change anything, as often as needed, at no cost.

03

Approve

The press does not move without your written yes. It is the single checkpoint that makes the no-returns policy fair.

04

Print and ship

Approval to doorstep runs 5 to 7 business days as the default, faster when rush is booked and honestly refused when it cannot be.

05

Reorder

We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to Alta Vista addresses. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.

The roster is the packing list: every size counted into the box, tracking issued at pickup, and any shortage or transit damage made right at our cost without argument.

Common questions

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Simple math: 2XL and up cost $6 more per piece on small orders and $4 more per piece from 25 pieces. No other size fees exist, and the Design Lab totals it live.

What is your return policy?

Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.

Is there a minimum order?

Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Alta Vista crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.

What file types work best?

Vector files such as AI, SVG, EPS, and PDF are ideal. A 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background also prints clean. If all you have is a screenshot, we redraw it free.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Yes. The Design Lab shows live pack pricing, back print costs, size upcharges, and shipping as you build your design.

How long does shipping take?

Count 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, production included. Tighter date? Ask about rush and you get a straight answer before paying.
