Census numbers put Anaconda-Deer Lodge County at about 9,700 people on 736.7 square miles of Montana, all of it covered by the same tracked shipping. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Philipsburg, MT (18 mi), Wise River, MT (23 mi), Racetrack, MT (23 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. Malmstrom Air Force Base, around 131 miles from Anaconda-Deer Lodge County, anchors the local military community we print for every week.
The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Anaconda-Deer Lodge County.
Banners and Signs demand around Anaconda-Deer Lodge County does not stop at the town line. Crews from Philipsburg (18 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.
Pull-up stands that turn a folding table into a professional booth. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
Field and yard signs in quantity, printed on corrugated plastic. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
Fence-line vinyl with proper hems and grommets, sized to spec. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.
Memorial signage treated as the most important order in the building. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
Homecoming banners printed quick, because the ship rarely lands on the day first announced. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
The full event kit: sponsor boards, registration signs, and arrows that get people where they belong. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
We built this company on a simple standard: print it like the name on it matters. For Anaconda-Deer Lodge County customers, that means honest timelines, real proofs, and no excuses on delivery day.
Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.
The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.
The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Anaconda-Deer Lodge County customers, these three earn their keep.
The volunteer-shirt companion: light, matched to the signs, priced for volume. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
Cold-month events call for fleece on the crew, not just cotton. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
Most banner orders add matching event shirts. Doing both in one order means one proof, one deadline, one delivery. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
Finished files are welcome but never required. A faded photo, a hand sketch, or three sentences of description all become professional vector art at no charge, proofed back to you within a day. The revision count is unlimited, the approval is in writing, and production does not move an inch until that approval exists.
Hands-on types can skip the wait entirely: the Design Lab puts your art on the actual garment with the price updating live.
Start the budget from the real numbers: published light cotton tee packs, front print built into every figure Anaconda-Deer Lodge County customers see.
| Order size | Pack total | Cost per piece | Freight | Back side |

| 10 pack | $180 | $18 ea | $18 | $4 ea |

Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.
Send the idea through the quote form or build it yourself in the Design Lab. A napkin sketch photographed on a phone counts, our designers have built full unit runs from less.
A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.
Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.
Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.
