From single pieces to full crew runs, Boalsburg gets printed large format gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.
Weatherproof 13oz vinyl banners, retractable stands, and yard signs. Hemmed, grommeted, and printed fast. For Boalsburg, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
All 5.8 square miles of Boalsburg sit inside our normal delivery map, tracked door to door. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Lemont, PA (3 mi), Houserville, PA (4 mi), State College, PA (4 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. Carlisle Barracks, around 50 miles from Boalsburg, anchors the local military community we print for every week.
Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Boalsburg counted against your roster.
Because Lemont sits only 3 miles from Boalsburg, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.
Memorial signage treated as the most important order in the building. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
Homecoming banners printed quick, because the ship rarely lands on the day first announced. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
Signage for race day and fair day: sponsors, directions, registration. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
Recruiting tables and expo booths that set up in thirty seconds. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
Field and yard signs in quantity, printed on corrugated plastic. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
Hem-and-grommet outdoor vinyl sized to the fence line. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.
This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Boalsburg customers call, a person who owns the order answers.
Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.
The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.
Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Boalsburg customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.
Volunteer and staff tees to match the signage, priced for handing out by the box. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
For outdoor events in cold months, the crew needs more than a tee. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
Pair the banner with matching tees in the same order: one approval covers everything. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
The gap between what you have and what a press needs is our designers job to close, free with any order. Whatever the starting point, the output is the same: clean vectors, correct insignia, a proof within 24 hours, and unlimited revisions until you approve it in writing. Only then does anything print.
The Design Lab offers the self-serve path, with your art positioned on real product photos and the total priced as you go.
No mystery pricing. These are the published packs on our light cotton tee, front print included, and Boalsburg customers watch the per piece cost fall as quantity climbs.
| Order size | Pack total | Cost per piece | Freight | Back side |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 10 pieces | $180 | $18 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| 15 pieces | $250 | $16.67 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| 20 pieces | $320 | $16 ea | $20.99 | $4 ea |
| 25 pieces | $375 | $15 ea | $20.99 | $3 ea |
| 50 pieces | $700 | $14 ea | $22.99 | $2 ea |
| 100 pieces | $1200 | $12 ea | FREE | $2 ea |
Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.
Send the idea through the quote form or build it yourself in the Design Lab. A napkin sketch photographed on a phone counts, our designers have built full unit runs from less.
A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.
Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.
Standard turnaround is 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, with rush available when the calendar demands it.
Your art and specs stay on file, so reorders match the first run exactly, down to the ink.
Production plus shipping to Boalsburg addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.
The roster is the packing list: every size counted into the box, tracking issued at pickup, and any shortage or transit damage made right at our cost without argument.
Finality is the nature of custom work: no returns once it prints. Your protections live earlier in the process, in the free proof and the written approval that nothing skips.
The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your boalsburg crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.
Send whatever exists. Vectors print perfectly, high resolution PNGs print clean, and anything below that gets redrawn free by the design team before it goes near a press.
Deployed addresses are first-class here: APO and FPO ship on the standard timeline, right alongside all 50 states.
Completely. Build the design in the Design Lab and the full order total sits on screen the whole time; no email, no call, no waiting.
