From single pieces to full crew runs, Boone Grove gets printed large format gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.
Boone Grove crews order printed large format gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Boone Grove address in 5 to 7 business days.
Boone Grove covers 0.3 square miles of Indiana, and delivery reaches every address in it on the standard 5 to 7 day window. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Hebron, IN (4 mi), Lakes of the Four Seasons, IN (6 mi), Lake Eliza, IN (6 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. Grissom Air Reserve Base, around 69 miles from Boone Grove, anchors the local military community we print for every week.
Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Boone Grove counted against your roster.
Because Hebron sits only 4 miles from Boone Grove, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.
Pull-up stands that turn a folding table into a professional booth. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.
Stacks of corrugated yard signs for fundraising drives and campaigns. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
Outdoor vinyl hemmed, grommeted, and cut to the fence you plan to hang it on. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.
Ceremony pieces handled with the gravity the event carries. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.
Four-by-eight photo banners for the pier, hangar, and parade field, printed fast because return dates move. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.
Registration, sponsor, and directional signs for runs, fairs, and ceremonies. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
We built this company on a simple standard: print it like the name on it matters. For Boone Grove customers, that means honest timelines, real proofs, and no excuses on delivery day.
Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.
Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.
The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Boone Grove customers, these three earn their keep.
For outdoor events in cold months, the crew needs more than a tee. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.
Pair the banner with matching tees in the same order: one approval covers everything. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
Staff tees matched to the signage, cheap enough to hand out by the case. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
Most orders here start without finished artwork, and that is fine. Our in-house designers redraw low resolution logos as clean vectors, build new designs from a written description, and match era-correct type and insignia when the design calls for it. The service costs nothing with an order, the first proof lands within 24 hours, and revisions are unlimited. You approve the final art in writing before production, so the shirt that arrives is the shirt you signed off on.
Want to try it yourself first? The Design Lab lets you upload art, add text in stencil and athletic fonts, and position everything on the exact garment with live pricing the whole time.
No mystery pricing. These are the published packs on our light cotton tee, front print included, and Boone Grove customers watch the per piece cost fall as quantity climbs.

Oversized full body fronts add $3 per piece under 25 pieces and $2 at 25 or more, and sizes 2XL and up add $6 each under 25 pieces or $4 each at 25 or more. Heavier garments follow the same pack structure at their own price points, all shown live in the Design Lab.
Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.
A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.
The press does not move without your written yes. It is the single checkpoint that makes the no-returns policy fair.
Approval to doorstep runs 5 to 7 business days as the default, faster when rush is booked and honestly refused when it cannot be.
We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.
Production plus shipping to Boone Grove addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.
Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.
Yes, and it costs nothing with your order. Send a sketch, an old logo, or just the idea, and a designer sends a print ready proof within 24 hours.
Large orders are the specialty, not the exception: hundreds of mixed-size pieces, roster-counted boxes, one accountable contact.
The extended-size rule fits in one line: add $6 per piece below 25 total, $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab applies it automatically.
There are no returns on custom orders; once printed, the work is final. That is exactly why production never starts without your written approval of a free proof, and why the size roster deserves a second look before you submit.
Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Boone Grove crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.
File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.
We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.
