Banners and Signs for Brainards: free 24-hour proofs, published pack pricing, and tracked delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
Brainards crews order printed large format gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Brainards address in 5 to 7 business days.
From one end of Brainards to the other, 0.2 square miles, the shipping promise does not change: 5 to 7 business days, tracked. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Martins Creek, PA (1 mi), Harmony, NJ (2 mi), Hutchinson, NJ (3 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. Picatinny Arsenal, around 33 miles from Brainards, anchors the local military community we print for every week.
Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Brainards counted against your roster.
Because Martins Creek sits only 1 miles from Brainards, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.
Outdoor vinyl hemmed, grommeted, and cut to the fence you plan to hang it on. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.
Memorial signage treated as the most important order in the building. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
Homecoming banners printed quick, because the ship rarely lands on the day first announced. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
Signage for race day and fair day: sponsors, directions, registration. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.
The thirty-second booth: retractable stands for recruiters and expos. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
Corrugated signs by the stack for fundraisers and campaigns. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
We print for units, veterans, and military families every day, and the discipline transfers. Brainards customers get straight answers on dates, a named person on their order, and work we would put our own name on.
The same discipline applies inward: an unrealistic date or a design that will not print well gets flagged before you commit, not explained after.
Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.
Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Brainards customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.
For outdoor events in cold months, the crew needs more than a tee. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
Banners and matching shirts in one order share a proof, a deadline, and a delivery date. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.
Volunteer and staff tees to match the signage, priced for handing out by the box. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
Most orders here start without finished artwork, and that is fine. Our in-house designers redraw low resolution logos as clean vectors, build new designs from a written description, and match era-correct type and insignia when the design calls for it. The service costs nothing with an order, the first proof lands within 24 hours, and revisions are unlimited. You approve the final art in writing before production, so the shirt that arrives is the shirt you signed off on.
Want to try it yourself first? The Design Lab lets you upload art, add text in stencil and athletic fonts, and position everything on the exact garment with live pricing the whole time.
No mystery pricing. These are the published packs on our light cotton tee, front print included, and Brainards customers watch the per piece cost fall as quantity climbs.

Oversized full body fronts add $3 per piece under 25 pieces and $2 at 25 or more, and sizes 2XL and up add $6 each under 25 pieces or $4 each at 25 or more. Heavier garments follow the same pack structure at their own price points, all shown live in the Design Lab.
Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.
Twenty-four hours gets you a designer-built proof on the exact blank you chose. Iterate freely until it is right.
The press does not move without your written yes. It is the single checkpoint that makes the no-returns policy fair.
Approval to doorstep runs 5 to 7 business days as the default, faster when rush is booked and honestly refused when it cannot be.
The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.
Every order ships tracked to Brainards addresses with standard production plus shipping at 5 to 7 business days. Free shipping kicks in at 100 pieces, and pack shipping rates below that are published, not surprises at checkout.
Every box leaves counted, tracked, and matched to your roster. Shortages and shipping damage are on us to fix, fast, because delivery day is the only day the customer remembers.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
Yes, 10 pieces. That is the smallest run we print, packs for your Brainards crew keep dropping the per piece price from there, and free shipping starts at 100.
Vector files such as AI, SVG, EPS, and PDF are ideal. A 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background also prints clean. If all you have is a screenshot, we redraw it free.
Yes, APO and FPO delivery is standard here, not an exception, and every state in the country ships the same way.
That is the point of the Design Lab: the complete number, packs, back prints, size upcharges, shipping, updates live while you design, before any contact form.
The standard clock is 5 to 7 business days covering both production and delivery. Many orders can run faster; name the date and we will confirm or decline honestly.
