Banners and Signs delivered to Bruin

Weatherproof 13oz vinyl banners, retractable stands, and yard signs. Hemmed, grommeted, and printed fast. For Bruin, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Bruin is home to a community of 408 across 1.8 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Petrolia, PA (2 mi), Fairview, PA (3 mi), Parker, PA (3 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. The closest major installation is Camp Dawson, roughly 109 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Bruin.

Banners and Signs demand around Bruin does not stop at the town line. Crews from Petrolia (2 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.

What Bruin gets printed large format

Yard and field signs

Stacks of corrugated yard signs for fundraising drives and campaigns. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

Vinyl banners with grommets

Fence-line vinyl with proper hems and grommets, sized to spec. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Memorial and dedication displays

Memorial signage treated as the most important order in the building. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Homecoming banners

Four-by-eight photo banners for the pier, hangar, and parade field, printed fast because return dates move. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Event signage

The full event kit: sponsor boards, registration signs, and arrows that get people where they belong. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Retractable banner stands

The thirty-second booth: retractable stands for recruiters and expos. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Bruin customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.

It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.

No sales call needed to get a number.

Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Bruin customers, these three earn their keep.

Essential Light Tee

Staff tees matched to the signage, cheap enough to hand out by the case. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Pullover Hoodie

When the event is outdoors in November, the staff gear is a hoodie. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

Classic Cotton Tee

Most banner orders add matching event shirts. Doing both in one order means one proof, one deadline, one delivery. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

From rough idea to press-ready

The gap between what you have and what a press needs is our designers job to close, free with any order. Whatever the starting point, the output is the same: clean vectors, correct insignia, a proof within 24 hours, and unlimited revisions until you approve it in writing. Only then does anything print.

The Design Lab offers the self-serve path, with your art positioned on real product photos and the total priced as you go.

What it costs

The table below is the actual price list Bruin customers order from, light cotton tee, front print included, no asterisks.

15 pieces$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea
20 pieces$320$16 ea$20.99$4 ea

50 pieces$700$14 ea$22.99$2 ea

Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.

02

Proof

Twenty-four hours gets you a designer-built proof on the exact blank you chose. Iterate freely until it is right.

03

Approve

You approve in writing before production starts. No surprises at the box opening, because you already saw the shirt.

04

Print and ship

Approval to doorstep runs 5 to 7 business days as the default, faster when rush is booked and honestly refused when it cannot be.

05

Reorder

Art, thread colors, and size history stay archived, so the next season run starts with one email.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Delivery to Bruin addresses follows one simple clock: 5 to 7 business days including production, with tracking from the moment it leaves. Hit 100 pieces and the shipping line drops to zero.

Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.

Common questions

Can you handle a large order for your Bruin crew?

Absolutely. Bulk is where pack pricing shines, and big mixed-size runs ship counted against your roster with a single person accountable for the date.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Simple math: 2XL and up cost $6 more per piece on small orders and $4 more per piece from 25 pieces. No other size fees exist, and the Design Lab totals it live.

What is your return policy?

Finality is the nature of custom work: no returns once it prints. Your protections live earlier in the process, in the free proof and the written approval that nothing skips.

Is there a minimum order?

The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your bruin crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.

What file types work best?

Best case: vector art (AI, SVG, EPS, PDF). Very good case: a 300 DPI transparent PNG. Worst case: a screenshot, which our designers redraw at no charge anyway.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Yes. We ship to all 50 states and to APO and FPO addresses for deployed and overseas service members.
