Banners and Signs delivered to Busby

Weatherproof 13oz vinyl banners, retractable stands, and yard signs. Hemmed, grommeted, and printed fast. For Busby, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Busby covers 14.3 square miles of Montana, and delivery reaches every address in it on the standard 5 to 7 day window. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Muddy, MT (10 mi), Lame Deer, MT (19 mi), Crow Agency, MT (24 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. For the military community, Ellsworth Air Force Base sits about 210 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Busby counted against your roster.

A typical week of banners and signs orders from this corner of Montana mixes Busby crews with neighbors like Muddy, 10 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.

What Busby gets printed large format

Event signage

Registration, sponsor, and directional signs for runs, fairs, and ceremonies. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Retractable banner stands

The thirty-second booth: retractable stands for recruiters and expos. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Yard and field signs

Field and yard signs in quantity, printed on corrugated plastic. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Vinyl banners with grommets

Hem-and-grommet outdoor vinyl sized to the fence line. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Memorial and dedication displays

Ceremony pieces handled with the gravity the event carries. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Homecoming banners

Homecoming banners printed quick, because the ship rarely lands on the day first announced. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Busby customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.

Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.

No sales call needed to get a number.

The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.

04 //

What to print it on

Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Busby customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.

Classic Cotton Tee

Banners and matching shirts in one order share a proof, a deadline, and a delivery date. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Essential Light Tee

Staff tees matched to the signage, cheap enough to hand out by the case. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Pullover Hoodie

Cold-month events call for fleece on the crew, not just cotton. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

No artwork? That is the normal case

Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

Prefer hands-on? Build the design yourself in the Design Lab on real product photos, with the running price on screen while you work.

06 //

What it costs

Start the budget from the real numbers: published light cotton tee packs, front print built into every figure Busby customers see.

10 pack$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
15 pack$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea
20 pack$320$16 ea$20.99$4 ea

Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Start in the Design Lab on the exact garment we print, or send whatever you have through the quote form. Rough ideas are welcome, that is what the free design service is for.

02

Proof

Twenty-four hours gets you a designer-built proof on the exact blank you chose. Iterate freely until it is right.

03

Approve

You approve in writing before production starts. No surprises at the box opening, because you already saw the shirt.

04

Print and ship

Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.

05

Reorder

We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

The timeline to Busby addresses is fixed and published: 5 to 7 business days door to door, production included. Shipping rates are flat, visible in the table, and free from 100 pieces.

Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.

Common questions

What is your return policy?

Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes, 10 pieces. That is the smallest run we print, packs for your Busby crew keep dropping the per piece price from there, and free shipping starts at 100.

What file types work best?

Vector files such as AI, SVG, EPS, and PDF are ideal. A 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background also prints clean. If all you have is a screenshot, we redraw it free.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Yes, APO and FPO delivery is standard here, not an exception, and every state in the country ships the same way.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Yes. The Design Lab shows live pack pricing, back print costs, size upcharges, and shipping as you build your design.

How long does shipping take?

Standard production plus shipping takes 5 to 7 business days. Rush options are available on many orders, tell us your date and we answer honestly.
