From single pieces to full crew runs, Cabana Colony gets printed large format gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.
Cabana Colony crews order printed large format gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Cabana Colony address in 5 to 7 business days.
All 0.4 square miles of Cabana Colony sit inside our normal delivery map, tracked door to door. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Juno Ridge, FL (2 mi), Juno Beach, FL (2 mi), North Palm Beach, FL (3 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. The closest major installation is Coast Guard Base Miami Beach, roughly 72 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.
No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Cabana Colony.
Because Juno Ridge sits only 2 miles from Cabana Colony, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.
Recruiting tables and expo booths that set up in thirty seconds. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
Stacks of corrugated yard signs for fundraising drives and campaigns. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.
Fence-line vinyl with proper hems and grommets, sized to spec. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
Ceremony pieces handled with the gravity the event carries. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.
Four-by-eight photo banners for the pier, hangar, and parade field, printed fast because return dates move. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.
Registration, sponsor, and directional signs for runs, fairs, and ceremonies. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
We built this company on a simple standard: print it like the name on it matters. For Cabana Colony customers, that means honest timelines, real proofs, and no excuses on delivery day.
Honesty runs in both directions here. A doomed timeline or a design that will disappoint gets called out early, with an alternative attached.
The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.
The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Cabana Colony customers, these three earn their keep.
When the event is outdoors in November, the staff gear is a hoodie. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.
Most banner orders add matching event shirts. Doing both in one order means one proof, one deadline, one delivery. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
Staff tees matched to the signage, cheap enough to hand out by the case. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.
Most orders here start without finished artwork, and that is fine. Our in-house designers redraw low resolution logos as clean vectors, build new designs from a written description, and match era-correct type and insignia when the design calls for it. The service costs nothing with an order, the first proof lands within 24 hours, and revisions are unlimited. You approve the final art in writing before production, so the shirt that arrives is the shirt you signed off on.
Want to try it yourself first? The Design Lab lets you upload art, add text in stencil and athletic fonts, and position everything on the exact garment with live pricing the whole time.
Budget planning for Cabana Colony customers starts with real numbers. This is our light cotton tee pack pricing with the front print already included.

|---|---|---|---|---|
| Pack of 10 | $180 | $18 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| Pack of 15 | $250 | $16.67 ea | $18 | $4 ea |

Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.
Two doors in: the quote form if you want a person on it immediately, or the Design Lab if you want to see it on the garment first. Either way, unfinished ideas are the expected input.
A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.
Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.
Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.
Everything about the run gets archived, which turns every future reorder into a one-line email.
Production plus shipping to Cabana Colony addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.
The roster is the packing list: every size counted into the box, tracking issued at pickup, and any shortage or transit damage made right at our cost without argument.
Simple math: 2XL and up cost $6 more per piece on small orders and $4 more per piece from 25 pieces. No other size fees exist, and the Design Lab totals it live.
Due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. Double check sizing and artwork before submitting your order. Every order gets a free proof first, and nothing prints until you approve it in writing.
Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Cabana Colony crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.
File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.
We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.
Yes, and without giving up your email: the Design Lab keeps the complete total, packs to shipping, on screen while you design.
The standard clock is 5 to 7 business days covering both production and delivery. Many orders can run faster; name the date and we will confirm or decline honestly.
