Calhoun County spans 507 square miles and holds about 20,000 people, and our delivery map covers every one of those addresses on the same 5 to 7 day window.
Skip the storefront entirely: the design happens online or over email with a free designer proof, and delivery reaches every Calhoun County address on the same tracked timeline.
Memorial signage treated as the most important order in the building. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.
Homecoming banners printed quick, because the ship rarely lands on the day first announced. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
The full event kit: sponsor boards, registration signs, and arrows that get people where they belong. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
The thirty-second booth: retractable stands for recruiters and expos. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
Corrugated signs by the stack for fundraisers and campaigns. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
Fence-line vinyl with proper hems and grommets, sized to spec. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.
This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Calhoun County customers call, a person who owns the order answers.
Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.
Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.
Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Calhoun County customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.
Volunteer and staff tees to match the signage, priced for handing out by the box. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.
Cold-month events call for fleece on the crew, not just cotton. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
Most banner orders add matching event shirts. Doing both in one order means one proof, one deadline, one delivery. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
Finished files are welcome but never required. A faded photo, a hand sketch, or three sentences of description all become professional vector art at no charge, proofed back to you within a day. The revision count is unlimited, the approval is in writing, and production does not move an inch until that approval exists.
Hands-on types can skip the wait entirely: the Design Lab puts your art on the actual garment with the price updating live.
No mystery pricing. These are the published packs on our light cotton tee, front print included, and Calhoun County customers watch the per piece cost fall as quantity climbs.
| Quantity | Pack price | Per shirt | Shipping | Add back print |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 10 pieces | $180 | $18 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| 15 pieces | $250 | $16.67 ea | $18 | $4 ea |

Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.
Start in the Design Lab on the exact garment we print, or send whatever you have through the quote form. Rough ideas are welcome, that is what the free design service is for.
One day later the proof is in your inbox: your art, your garment, your colors, at true print scale. Revisions never cost a cent.
You approve in writing before production starts. No surprises at the box opening, because you already saw the shirt.
