Banners and Signs delivered to Carbon Cliff

Weatherproof 13oz vinyl banners, retractable stands, and yard signs. Hemmed, grommeted, and printed fast. For Carbon Cliff, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

With about 1,800 people spread over 2.1 square miles, Carbon Cliff gets the same flat delivery promise as everywhere else we serve: 5 to 7 business days to any door. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Silvis, IL (1 mi), East Moline, IL (2 mi), Barstow, IL (2 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. The closest major installation is Rock Island Arsenal, roughly 10 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Carbon Cliff.

Because Silvis sits only 1 miles from Carbon Cliff, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.

What Carbon Cliff gets printed large format

Vinyl banners with grommets

Fence-line vinyl with proper hems and grommets, sized to spec. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Memorial and dedication displays

Memorial signage treated as the most important order in the building. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Homecoming banners

Pier-side photo banners sized four by eight, produced on timelines that respect shifting return dates. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Event signage

Registration, sponsor, and directional signs for runs, fairs, and ceremonies. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Retractable banner stands

The thirty-second booth: retractable stands for recruiters and expos. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Yard and field signs

Corrugated signs by the stack for fundraisers and campaigns. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Carbon cliff customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.

Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.

Build it on the real garment and watch the price calculate live.

Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Carbon Cliff customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Essential Light Tee

Staff tees matched to the signage, cheap enough to hand out by the case. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Pullover Hoodie

For outdoor events in cold months, the crew needs more than a tee. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

Classic Cotton Tee

Pair the banner with matching tees in the same order: one approval covers everything. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

No artwork? That is the normal case

Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

Prefer hands-on? Build the design yourself in the Design Lab on real product photos, with the running price on screen while you work.

06 //

What it costs

Here is what Carbon Cliff customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.

PiecesTotalEachShipBack print add
10 pack$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
15 pack$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea
20 pack$320$16 ea$20.99$4 ea

50 pack$700$14 ea$22.99$2 ea

Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.

02

Proof

Twenty-four hours gets you a designer-built proof on the exact blank you chose. Iterate freely until it is right.

03

Approve

Your written approval is the gate. Until it exists, nothing prints; once it exists, exactly that design prints.

04

Print and ship

Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.

05

Reorder

Your art and specs stay on file, so reorders match the first run exactly, down to the ink.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to Carbon Cliff addresses. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.

Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.

Common questions

What is your return policy?

Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.

Is there a minimum order?

Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your Carbon Cliff crew begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.

What file types work best?

File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Deployed addresses are first-class here: APO and FPO ship on the standard timeline, right alongside all 50 states.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Yes. The Design Lab shows live pack pricing, back print costs, size upcharges, and shipping as you build your design.

How long does shipping take?

Five to seven business days, all in, from approval to arrival. Rush exists for real deadlines and gets an honest yes or no up front.

Do you help with the design?

Design help is included free. Whatever you have, a napkin sketch, a faded shirt photo, a sentence, becomes a print-ready proof from a real designer within 24 hours.
