Custom printed large format gear for Cato businesses, schools, teams, churches, and crews. Proofs in 24 hours, delivered in 5 to 7 days.
Cato crews order printed large format gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Cato address in 5 to 7 business days.
With a community of 530 spread over 1.0 square miles, Cato gets the same flat delivery promise as everywhere else we serve: 5 to 7 business days to any door. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Meridian, NY (1 mi), Weedsport, NY (8 mi), Jordan, NY (8 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. Fort Drum, around 65 miles from Cato, anchors the local military community we print for every week.
Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Cato counted against your roster.
Banners and Signs demand around Cato does not stop at the town line. Crews from Meridian (1 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.
Outdoor vinyl hemmed, grommeted, and cut to the fence you plan to hang it on. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.
Memorial signage treated as the most important order in the building. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
Homecoming banners printed quick, because the ship rarely lands on the day first announced. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
Registration, sponsor, and directional signs for runs, fairs, and ceremonies. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
Recruiting tables and expo booths that set up in thirty seconds. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
Field and yard signs in quantity, printed on corrugated plastic. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
We built this company on a simple standard: print it like the name on it matters. For Cato customers, that means honest timelines, real proofs, and no excuses on delivery day.
The same discipline applies inward: an unrealistic date or a design that will not print well gets flagged before you commit, not explained after.
Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.
Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Cato customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.
Volunteer and staff tees to match the signage, priced for handing out by the box. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
When the event is outdoors in November, the staff gear is a hoodie. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
Pair the banner with matching tees in the same order: one approval covers everything. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
Design help is not an upsell here, it is how orders start. Describe the concept in a sentence, attach whatever reference you have, and within 24 hours a real designer returns a proof drawn as clean vectors, era-correct where it matters. Revisions cost nothing and continue until the proof is right, and your written approval is the only thing that sends it to production.
The Design Lab is there when you want to drive: upload, place, and price the design yourself on the exact garment we print.
Here is what Cato customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.
| Pieces | Total | Each | Ship | Back print add |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Pack of 10 | $180 | $18 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| Pack of 15 | $250 | $16.67 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| Pack of 20 | $320 | $16 ea | $20.99 | $4 ea |
| Pack of 25 | $375 | $15 ea | $20.99 | $3 ea |
| Pack of 50 | $700 | $14 ea | $22.99 | $2 ea |
| Pack of 100 | $1200 | $12 ea | FREE | $2 ea |
Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.
Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.
Within 24 hours you have a proof in your inbox, drawn to size, on the garment and color you picked. Revisions are unlimited and free.
Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.
Standard turnaround is 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, with rush available when the calendar demands it.
Everything about the run gets archived, which turns every future reorder into a one-line email.
Every order ships tracked to Cato addresses with standard production plus shipping at 5 to 7 business days. Free shipping kicks in at 100 pieces, and pack shipping rates below that are published, not surprises at checkout.
Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.
Always, at no charge. A designer takes your rough input, redraws it print ready, and has a proof in your inbox inside a day, with unlimited revisions after.
Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.
Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Cato crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.
Vector files such as AI, SVG, EPS, and PDF are ideal. A 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background also prints clean. If all you have is a screenshot, we redraw it free.
We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.
