Custom printed large format gear for Chelan County businesses, schools, teams, churches, and crews. Proofs in 24 hours, county-wide delivery in 5 to 7 days.
Chelan County crews order printed large format gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery anywhere in the county in 5 to 7 business days.
Census figures put Chelan County at about 80,000 people across 2921 square miles, from the county seat to the last rural route, all inside standard tracked delivery.
The county has one shop for this now, and it happens to be nationwide. Free proofs from real designers, written approval before production, and door delivery anywhere in Chelan County.
The full event kit: sponsor boards, registration signs, and arrows that get people where they belong. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
Pull-up stands that turn a folding table into a professional booth. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
Corrugated signs by the stack for fundraisers and campaigns. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
Outdoor vinyl hemmed, grommeted, and cut to the fence you plan to hang it on. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
Dedication displays produced with the seriousness the ceremony deserves. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.
Four-by-eight photo banners for the pier, hangar, and parade field, printed fast because return dates move. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
We print for units, veterans, and military families every day, and the discipline transfers. Chelan county customers get straight answers on dates, a named person on their order, and work we would put our own name on.
It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.
Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.
Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Chelan County customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.
Cold-month events call for fleece on the crew, not just cotton. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.
Pair the banner with matching tees in the same order: one approval covers everything. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.
Staff tees matched to the signage, cheap enough to hand out by the case. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
Most orders here start without finished artwork, and that is fine. Our in-house designers redraw low resolution logos as clean vectors, build new designs from a written description, and match era-correct type and insignia when the design calls for it. The service costs nothing with an order, the first proof lands within 24 hours, and revisions are unlimited. You approve the final art in writing before production, so the shirt that arrives is the shirt you signed off on.
Want to try it yourself first? The Design Lab lets you upload art, add text in stencil and athletic fonts, and position everything on the exact garment with live pricing the whole time.
Here is what Chelan County customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.
| Quantity | Pack price | Per shirt | Shipping | Add back print |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 10 pieces | $180 | $18 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| 15 pieces | $250 | $16.67 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| 20 pieces | $320 | $16 ea | $20.99 | $4 ea |
| 25 pieces | $375 | $15 ea | $20.99 | $3 ea |
| 50 pieces | $700 | $14 ea | $22.99 | $2 ea |
| 100 pieces | $1200 | $12 ea | FREE | $2 ea |
Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.
Two doors in: the quote form if you want a person on it immediately, or the Design Lab if you want to see it on the garment first. Either way, unfinished ideas are the expected input.
A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.
The press does not move without your written yes. It is the single checkpoint that makes the no-returns policy fair.
Approval to doorstep runs 5 to 7 business days as the default, faster when rush is booked and honestly refused when it cannot be.
The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.
Delivery to every address in Chelan County follows one simple clock: 5 to 7 business days including production, with tracking from the moment it leaves. Hit 100 pieces and the shipping line drops to zero.
Before sealing, every carton is counted against the size roster, and tracking goes out the same day. Anything short or damaged gets replaced at our cost on an expedited timeline.
There are no returns on custom orders; once printed, the work is final. That is exactly why production never starts without your written approval of a free proof, and why the size roster deserves a second look before you submit.
Yes, 10 pieces. That is the smallest run we print, packs for your Chelan County crew keep dropping the per piece price from there, and free shipping starts at 100.
Best case: vector art (AI, SVG, EPS, PDF). Very good case: a 300 DPI transparent PNG. Worst case: a screenshot, which our designers redraw at no charge anyway.
Yes, APO and FPO delivery is standard here, not an exception, and every state in the country ships the same way.
Completely. Build the design in the Design Lab and the full order total sits on screen the whole time; no email, no call, no waiting.
The standard clock is 5 to 7 business days covering both production and delivery. Many orders can run faster; name the date and we will confirm or decline honestly.
