From single pieces to full crew runs, Conchas Dam gets printed large format gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.
Weatherproof 13oz vinyl banners, retractable stands, and yard signs. Hemmed, grommeted, and printed fast. For Conchas Dam, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
From one end of Conchas Dam to the other, 8.3 square miles, the shipping promise does not change: 5 to 7 business days, tracked. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Newkirk, NM (21 mi), Tucumcari, NM (30 mi), Mosquero, NM (32 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. For the military community, Cannon Air Force Base sits about 85 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.
Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Conchas Dam counted against your roster.
A typical week of banners and signs orders from this corner of New Mexico mixes Conchas Dam crews with neighbors like Newkirk, 21 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.
Four-by-eight photo banners for the pier, hangar, and parade field, printed fast because return dates move. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.
The full event kit: sponsor boards, registration signs, and arrows that get people where they belong. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.
Pull-up stands that turn a folding table into a professional booth. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
Stacks of corrugated yard signs for fundraising drives and campaigns. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
Hem-and-grommet outdoor vinyl sized to the fence line. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.
Memorial signage treated as the most important order in the building. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
The shop runs on habits borrowed from the people we serve: accountability by name, honest reporting, and deadlines that do not slide. Conchas dam customers feel the difference on the first order.
That standard cuts both ways. If your art needs work or your timeline is impossible, we tell you up front and offer the fix, because a bad shirt with our print on it costs us more than the order.
Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.
Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Conchas Dam customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.
Banners and matching shirts in one order share a proof, a deadline, and a delivery date. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
Staff tees matched to the signage, cheap enough to hand out by the case. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
For outdoor events in cold months, the crew needs more than a tee. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
Finished files are welcome but never required. A faded photo, a hand sketch, or three sentences of description all become professional vector art at no charge, proofed back to you within a day. The revision count is unlimited, the approval is in writing, and production does not move an inch until that approval exists.
Hands-on types can skip the wait entirely: the Design Lab puts your art on the actual garment with the price updating live.
Here is what Conchas Dam customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.

Oversized full body fronts add $3 per piece under 25 pieces and $2 at 25 or more, and sizes 2XL and up add $6 each under 25 pieces or $4 each at 25 or more. Heavier garments follow the same pack structure at their own price points, all shown live in the Design Lab.
Two doors in: the quote form if you want a person on it immediately, or the Design Lab if you want to see it on the garment first. Either way, unfinished ideas are the expected input.
The proof arrives inside a day, drawn at print size on your chosen garment and color. Change anything, as often as needed, at no cost.
Your written approval is the gate. Until it exists, nothing prints; once it exists, exactly that design prints.
From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.
The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.
Delivery to Conchas Dam addresses follows one simple clock: 5 to 7 business days including production, with tracking from the moment it leaves. Hit 100 pieces and the shipping line drops to zero.
Before sealing, every carton is counted against the size roster, and tracking goes out the same day. Anything short or damaged gets replaced at our cost on an expedited timeline.

The extended-size rule fits in one line: add $6 per piece below 25 total, $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab applies it automatically.
Finality is the nature of custom work: no returns once it prints. Your protections live earlier in the process, in the free proof and the written approval that nothing skips.
Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your Conchas Dam crew begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.
