Banners and Signs delivered to Copper Hill

Weatherproof 13oz vinyl banners, retractable stands, and yard signs. Hemmed, grommeted, and printed fast. For Copper Hill, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

From one end of Copper Hill to the other, 7.4 square miles, the shipping promise does not change: 5 to 7 business days, tracked. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Globe, AZ (3 mi), Pinal, AZ (4 mi), Central Heights-Midland City, AZ (4 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. For the military community, Luke Air Force Base sits about 83 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Copper Hill counted against your roster.

Because Globe sits only 3 miles from Copper Hill, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.

What Copper Hill gets printed large format

Yard and field signs

Field and yard signs in quantity, printed on corrugated plastic. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Vinyl banners with grommets

Fence-line vinyl with proper hems and grommets, sized to spec. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Memorial and dedication displays

Ceremony pieces handled with the gravity the event carries. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Homecoming banners

Homecoming banners printed quick, because the ship rarely lands on the day first announced. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Event signage

Signage for race day and fair day: sponsors, directions, registration. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Retractable banner stands

Pull-up stands that turn a folding table into a professional booth. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Copper hill customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.

Honesty runs in both directions here. A doomed timeline or a design that will disappoint gets called out early, with an alternative attached.

No sales call needed to get a number.

Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.

What to print it on

Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Copper Hill customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.

Pullover Hoodie

When the event is outdoors in November, the staff gear is a hoodie. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Classic Cotton Tee

Pair the banner with matching tees in the same order: one approval covers everything. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Essential Light Tee

The volunteer-shirt companion: light, matched to the signs, priced for volume. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Bring the idea, we draw the rest

Finished files are welcome but never required. A faded photo, a hand sketch, or three sentences of description all become professional vector art at no charge, proofed back to you within a day. The revision count is unlimited, the approval is in writing, and production does not move an inch until that approval exists.

Hands-on types can skip the wait entirely: the Design Lab puts your art on the actual garment with the price updating live.

06 //

What it costs

Here is what Copper Hill customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.

Order sizePack totalCost per pieceFreightBack side
10 pieces$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
15 pieces$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea
20 pieces$320$16 ea$20.99$4 ea

50 pieces$700$14 ea$22.99$2 ea
100 pieces$1200$12 eaFREE$2 ea

Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.

02

Proof

Within 24 hours you have a proof in your inbox, drawn to size, on the garment and color you picked. Revisions are unlimited and free.

03

Approve

Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.

04

Print and ship

From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.

05

Reorder

Your art and specs stay on file, so reorders match the first run exactly, down to the ink.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Production plus shipping to Copper Hill addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.

Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.

Common questions

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

The extended-size rule fits in one line: add $6 per piece below 25 total, $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab applies it automatically.

What is your return policy?

Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.

Is there a minimum order?

The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your copper hill crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.

What file types work best?

Vector files such as AI, SVG, EPS, and PDF are ideal. A 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background also prints clean. If all you have is a screenshot, we redraw it free.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Yes, APO and FPO delivery is standard here, not an exception, and every state in the country ships the same way.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

That is the point of the Design Lab: the complete number, packs, back prints, size upcharges, shipping, updates live while you design, before any contact form.
