Custom printed large format gear for Cornucopia businesses, schools, teams, churches, and crews. Proofs in 24 hours, delivered in 5 to 7 days.
Weatherproof 13oz vinyl banners, retractable stands, and yard signs. Hemmed, grommeted, and printed fast. For Cornucopia, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
Cornucopia covers 2.3 square miles of Wisconsin, and delivery reaches every address in it on the standard 5 to 7 day window. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Herbster, WI (6 mi), Bayfield, WI (14 mi), Port Wing, WI (14 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. For the military community, Camp Ripley sits about 166 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.
No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Cornucopia.
Banners and Signs demand around Cornucopia does not stop at the town line. Crews from Herbster (6 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.
Field and yard signs in quantity, printed on corrugated plastic. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.
Outdoor vinyl hemmed, grommeted, and cut to the fence you plan to hang it on. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.
Dedication displays produced with the seriousness the ceremony deserves. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.
Four-by-eight photo banners for the pier, hangar, and parade field, printed fast because return dates move. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
The full event kit: sponsor boards, registration signs, and arrows that get people where they belong. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.
Recruiting tables and expo booths that set up in thirty seconds. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
The shop runs on habits borrowed from the people we serve: accountability by name, honest reporting, and deadlines that do not slide. Cornucopia customers feel the difference on the first order.
The same discipline applies inward: an unrealistic date or a design that will not print well gets flagged before you commit, not explained after.
The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.
Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Cornucopia customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.
When the event is outdoors in November, the staff gear is a hoodie. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
Banners and matching shirts in one order share a proof, a deadline, and a delivery date. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
Volunteer and staff tees to match the signage, priced for handing out by the box. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
The gap between what you have and what a press needs is our designers job to close, free with any order. Whatever the starting point, the output is the same: clean vectors, correct insignia, a proof within 24 hours, and unlimited revisions until you approve it in writing. Only then does anything print.
The Design Lab offers the self-serve path, with your art positioned on real product photos and the total priced as you go.
Here is what Cornucopia customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.
| Quantity | Pack price | Per shirt | Shipping | Add back print |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Pack of 10 | $180 | $18 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| Pack of 15 | $250 | $16.67 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| Pack of 20 | $320 | $16 ea | $20.99 | $4 ea |
| Pack of 25 | $375 | $15 ea | $20.99 | $3 ea |
| Pack of 50 | $700 | $14 ea | $22.99 | $2 ea |
| Pack of 100 | $1200 | $12 ea | FREE | $2 ea |
Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.
Send the idea through the quote form or build it yourself in the Design Lab. A napkin sketch photographed on a phone counts, our designers have built full unit runs from less.
A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.
Your written approval is the gate. Until it exists, nothing prints; once it exists, exactly that design prints.
From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.
Your art and specs stay on file, so reorders match the first run exactly, down to the ink.
Delivery to Cornucopia addresses follows one simple clock: 5 to 7 business days including production, with tracking from the moment it leaves. Hit 100 pieces and the shipping line drops to zero.
Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.
Large orders are the specialty, not the exception: hundreds of mixed-size pieces, roster-counted boxes, one accountable contact.
Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your Cornucopia crew begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.
File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.
Deployed addresses are first-class here: APO and FPO ship on the standard timeline, right alongside all 50 states.
