Banners and Signs in Courtenay, ND.

From single pieces to full crew runs, Courtenay gets printed large format gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.

Banners and Signs delivered to Courtenay

Weatherproof 13oz vinyl banners, retractable stands, and yard signs. Hemmed, grommeted, and printed fast. For Courtenay, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Courtenay is home to a community of 37 across 0.4 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Wimbledon, ND (6 mi), Kensal, ND (9 mi), Spiritwood Lake, ND (10 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. For the military community, Grand Forks Air Force Base sits about 84 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Courtenay.

Because Wimbledon sits only 6 miles from Courtenay, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.

What Courtenay gets printed large format

Vinyl banners with grommets

Hem-and-grommet outdoor vinyl sized to the fence line. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Memorial and dedication displays

Memorial signage treated as the most important order in the building. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Homecoming banners

Pier-side photo banners sized four by eight, produced on timelines that respect shifting return dates. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Event signage

Signage for race day and fair day: sponsors, directions, registration. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Retractable banner stands

Recruiting tables and expo booths that set up in thirty seconds. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

Yard and field signs

Corrugated signs by the stack for fundraisers and campaigns. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Courtenay customers call, a person who owns the order answers.

The same discipline applies inward: an unrealistic date or a design that will not print well gets flagged before you commit, not explained after.

See your exact price in about ninety seconds.

Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.

04 //

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Courtenay customers, these three earn their keep.

Classic Cotton Tee

Pair the banner with matching tees in the same order: one approval covers everything. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Essential Light Tee

The volunteer-shirt companion: light, matched to the signs, priced for volume. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Pullover Hoodie

When the event is outdoors in November, the staff gear is a hoodie. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

05 //

Bring the idea, we draw the rest

Finished files are welcome but never required. A faded photo, a hand sketch, or three sentences of description all become professional vector art at no charge, proofed back to you within a day. The revision count is unlimited, the approval is in writing, and production does not move an inch until that approval exists.

Hands-on types can skip the wait entirely: the Design Lab puts your art on the actual garment with the price updating live.

What it costs

Start the budget from the real numbers: published light cotton tee packs, front print built into every figure Courtenay customers see.

Order sizePack totalCost per pieceFreightBack side
10 pieces$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
15 pieces$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea
20 pieces$320$16 ea$20.99$4 ea

50 pieces$700$14 ea$22.99$2 ea
100 pieces$1200$12 eaFREE$2 ea

Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Send the idea through the quote form or build it yourself in the Design Lab. A napkin sketch photographed on a phone counts, our designers have built full unit runs from less.

02

Proof

One day later the proof is in your inbox: your art, your garment, your colors, at true print scale. Revisions never cost a cent.

03

Approve

You approve in writing before production starts. No surprises at the box opening, because you already saw the shirt.

04

Print and ship

From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.

05

Reorder

We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Every order ships tracked to Courtenay addresses with standard production plus shipping at 5 to 7 business days. Free shipping kicks in at 100 pieces, and pack shipping rates below that are published, not surprises at checkout.

Before sealing, every carton is counted against the size roster, and tracking goes out the same day. Anything short or damaged gets replaced at our cost on an expedited timeline.

Common questions

How long does shipping take?

The standard clock is 5 to 7 business days covering both production and delivery. Many orders can run faster; name the date and we will confirm or decline honestly.

Do you help with the design?

Yes, and it costs nothing with your order. Send a sketch, an old logo, or just the idea, and a designer sends a print ready proof within 24 hours.

Can you handle a large order for your Courtenay crew?

Large runs are the core business: hundreds of pieces, mixed sizes, multiple colors, one named contact who owns it from first proof to the delivery scan.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.

What is your return policy?

There are no returns on custom orders; once printed, the work is final. That is exactly why production never starts without your written approval of a free proof, and why the size roster deserves a second look before you submit.

Is there a minimum order?

Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Courtenay crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.

What file types work best?

Best case: vector art (AI, SVG, EPS, PDF). Very good case: a 300 DPI transparent PNG. Worst case: a screenshot, which our designers redraw at no charge anyway.
