Banners and Signs delivered to Crestline

Crestline crews order printed large format gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Crestline address in 5 to 7 business days.

Crestline covers 1.8 square miles of Kansas, and delivery reaches every address in it on the standard 5 to 7 day window. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Riverton, KS (7 mi), Columbus, KS (8 mi), Galena, KS (8 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. For the military community, Whiteman Air Force Base sits about 127 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Crestline counted against your roster.

Because Riverton sits only 7 miles from Crestline, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.

What Crestline gets printed large format

Yard and field signs

Corrugated signs by the stack for fundraisers and campaigns. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Vinyl banners with grommets

Fence-line vinyl with proper hems and grommets, sized to spec. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Memorial and dedication displays

Memorial signage treated as the most important order in the building. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Homecoming banners

Homecoming banners printed quick, because the ship rarely lands on the day first announced. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Event signage

The full event kit: sponsor boards, registration signs, and arrows that get people where they belong. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Retractable banner stands

The thirty-second booth: retractable stands for recruiters and expos. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Crestline customers call, a person who owns the order answers.

It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.

No sales call needed to get a number.

Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Crestline customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Essential Light Tee

Staff tees matched to the signage, cheap enough to hand out by the case. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

Pullover Hoodie

When the event is outdoors in November, the staff gear is a hoodie. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Classic Cotton Tee

Most banner orders add matching event shirts. Doing both in one order means one proof, one deadline, one delivery. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Free design, real designers

Most orders here start without finished artwork, and that is fine. Our in-house designers redraw low resolution logos as clean vectors, build new designs from a written description, and match era-correct type and insignia when the design calls for it. The service costs nothing with an order, the first proof lands within 24 hours, and revisions are unlimited. You approve the final art in writing before production, so the shirt that arrives is the shirt you signed off on.

Want to try it yourself first? The Design Lab lets you upload art, add text in stencil and athletic fonts, and position everything on the exact garment with live pricing the whole time.

What it costs

Here is what Crestline customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.

Order sizePack totalCost per pieceFreightBack side
10 pieces$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
15 pieces$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea

50 pieces$700$14 ea$22.99$2 ea

Beyond the table, the only extras are per-piece and public: back prints at the listed rate stepping down to $3 then $2, oversized fronts at $3 dropping to $2, and 2XL-plus at $6 dropping to $4. The Design Lab does this arithmetic for you in real time.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.

02

Proof

Twenty-four hours gets you a designer-built proof on the exact blank you chose. Iterate freely until it is right.

03

Approve

Your written approval is the gate. Until it exists, nothing prints; once it exists, exactly that design prints.

04

Print and ship

From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.

05

Reorder

We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to Crestline addresses. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.

The roster is the packing list: every size counted into the box, tracking issued at pickup, and any shortage or transit damage made right at our cost without argument.

Common questions

Do you help with the design?

Included with every order: a designer turns whatever you send into print-ready art, proofs it within 24 hours, and revises free until approved.

Can you handle a large order for your Crestline crew?

Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.

What is your return policy?

Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes, 10 pieces. That is the smallest run we print, packs for your Crestline crew keep dropping the per piece price from there, and free shipping starts at 100.

What file types work best?

Best case: vector art (AI, SVG, EPS, PDF). Very good case: a 300 DPI transparent PNG. Worst case: a screenshot, which our designers redraw at no charge anyway.
