Banners and Signs delivered to Dawson

Dawson crews order printed large format gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Dawson address in 5 to 7 business days.

From one end of Dawson to the other, 0.6 square miles, the shipping promise does not change: 5 to 7 business days, tracked. If your people are spread out, that is fine: McCoole, MD (2 mi), Danville, MD (3 mi), Keyser, WV (3 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. For the military community, Camp Dawson sits about 39 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Dawson.

Because McCoole sits only 2 miles from Dawson, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.

What Dawson gets printed large format

Yard and field signs

Stacks of corrugated yard signs for fundraising drives and campaigns. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Vinyl banners with grommets

Outdoor vinyl hemmed, grommeted, and cut to the fence you plan to hang it on. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Memorial and dedication displays

Memorial signage treated as the most important order in the building. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Homecoming banners

Pier-side photo banners sized four by eight, produced on timelines that respect shifting return dates. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Event signage

Registration, sponsor, and directional signs for runs, fairs, and ceremonies. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Retractable banner stands

The thirty-second booth: retractable stands for recruiters and expos. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Dawson customers call, a person who owns the order answers.

Honesty runs in both directions here. A doomed timeline or a design that will disappoint gets called out early, with an alternative attached.

No sales call needed to get a number.

Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Dawson customers, these three earn their keep.

Essential Light Tee

The volunteer-shirt companion: light, matched to the signs, priced for volume. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Pullover Hoodie

For outdoor events in cold months, the crew needs more than a tee. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

Classic Cotton Tee

Most banner orders add matching event shirts. Doing both in one order means one proof, one deadline, one delivery. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

The art department is included

Design help is not an upsell here, it is how orders start. Describe the concept in a sentence, attach whatever reference you have, and within 24 hours a real designer returns a proof drawn as clean vectors, era-correct where it matters. Revisions cost nothing and continue until the proof is right, and your written approval is the only thing that sends it to production.

The Design Lab is there when you want to drive: upload, place, and price the design yourself on the exact garment we print.

06 //

What it costs

Here is what Dawson customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.

QuantityPack pricePer shirtShippingAdd back print
10 pieces$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
15 pieces$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea

Beyond the table, the only extras are per-piece and public: back prints at the listed rate stepping down to $3 then $2, oversized fronts at $3 dropping to $2, and 2XL-plus at $6 dropping to $4. The Design Lab does this arithmetic for you in real time.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Start in the Design Lab on the exact garment we print, or send whatever you have through the quote form. Rough ideas are welcome, that is what the free design service is for.

02

Proof

One day later the proof is in your inbox: your art, your garment, your colors, at true print scale. Revisions never cost a cent.

03

Approve

Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.

04

Print and ship

Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.

05

Reorder

We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Every order ships tracked to Dawson addresses with standard production plus shipping at 5 to 7 business days. Free shipping kicks in at 100 pieces, and pack shipping rates below that are published, not surprises at checkout.

The roster is the packing list: every size counted into the box, tracking issued at pickup, and any shortage or transit damage made right at our cost without argument.

Common questions

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Simple math: 2XL and up cost $6 more per piece on small orders and $4 more per piece from 25 pieces. No other size fees exist, and the Design Lab totals it live.

What is your return policy?

Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.

Is there a minimum order?

Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your Dawson crew begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.

What file types work best?

File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Yes. We ship to all 50 states and to APO and FPO addresses for deployed and overseas service members.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Yes, and without giving up your email: the Design Lab keeps the complete total, packs to shipping, on screen while you design.
