Banners and Signs delivered to Deadwood

Weatherproof 13oz vinyl banners, retractable stands, and yard signs. Hemmed, grommeted, and printed fast. For Deadwood, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Deadwood is home to about 1,300 people across 4.9 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Central City, SD (3 mi), Lead, SD (3 mi), Crook City, SD (5 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. For the military community, Ellsworth Air Force Base sits about 33 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Deadwood.

Banners and Signs demand around Deadwood does not stop at the town line. Crews from Central City (3 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.

What Deadwood gets printed large format

Retractable banner stands

Pull-up stands that turn a folding table into a professional booth. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Yard and field signs

Field and yard signs in quantity, printed on corrugated plastic. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

Vinyl banners with grommets

Outdoor vinyl hemmed, grommeted, and cut to the fence you plan to hang it on. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Memorial and dedication displays

Ceremony pieces handled with the gravity the event carries. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Homecoming banners

Pier-side photo banners sized four by eight, produced on timelines that respect shifting return dates. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Event signage

The full event kit: sponsor boards, registration signs, and arrows that get people where they belong. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Deadwood customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.

That standard cuts both ways. If your art needs work or your timeline is impossible, we tell you up front and offer the fix, because a bad shirt with our print on it costs us more than the order.

See your exact price in about ninety seconds.

Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.

04 //

What to print it on

Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Deadwood customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.

Pullover Hoodie

Cold-month events call for fleece on the crew, not just cotton. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Classic Cotton Tee

Pair the banner with matching tees in the same order: one approval covers everything. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Essential Light Tee

The volunteer-shirt companion: light, matched to the signs, priced for volume. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

05 //

No artwork? That is the normal case

Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

What it costs

No mystery pricing. These are the published packs on our light cotton tee, front print included, and Deadwood customers watch the per piece cost fall as quantity climbs.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Two doors in: the quote form if you want a person on it immediately, or the Design Lab if you want to see it on the garment first. Either way, unfinished ideas are the expected input.

02

Proof

A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.

03

Approve

Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.

04

Print and ship

Standard turnaround is 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, with rush available when the calendar demands it.

05

Reorder

Your art and specs stay on file, so reorders match the first run exactly, down to the ink.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to Deadwood addresses. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.

Every box leaves counted, tracked, and matched to your roster. Shortages and shipping damage are on us to fix, fast, because delivery day is the only day the customer remembers.

Common questions

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.

What is your return policy?

Finality is the nature of custom work: no returns once it prints. Your protections live earlier in the process, in the free proof and the written approval that nothing skips.

Is there a minimum order?

The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your deadwood crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.

What file types work best?

Best case: vector art (AI, SVG, EPS, PDF). Very good case: a 300 DPI transparent PNG. Worst case: a screenshot, which our designers redraw at no charge anyway.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Yes, APO and FPO delivery is standard here, not an exception, and every state in the country ships the same way.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

That is the point of the Design Lab: the complete number, packs, back prints, size upcharges, shipping, updates live while you design, before any contact form.

How long does shipping take?

Count 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, production included. Tighter date? Ask about rush and you get a straight answer before paying.
