Custom printed large format gear for Defiance County businesses, schools, teams, churches, and crews. Proofs in 24 hours, county-wide delivery in 5 to 7 days.
Weatherproof 13oz vinyl banners, retractable stands, and yard signs. Hemmed, grommeted, and printed fast. For Defiance County, that comes with published pack pricing and delivery to any address in the county.
Defiance County spans 411 square miles and holds about 38,000 people, and our delivery map covers every one of those addresses on the same 5 to 7 day window.
The county has one shop for this now, and it happens to be nationwide. Free proofs from real designers, written approval before production, and door delivery anywhere in Defiance County.
Pier-side photo banners sized four by eight, produced on timelines that respect shifting return dates. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
Registration, sponsor, and directional signs for runs, fairs, and ceremonies. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.
Recruiting tables and expo booths that set up in thirty seconds. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
Corrugated signs by the stack for fundraisers and campaigns. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
Fence-line vinyl with proper hems and grommets, sized to spec. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
Ceremony pieces handled with the gravity the event carries. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Defiance County customers call, a person who owns the order answers.
Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.
Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.
The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Defiance County customers, these three earn their keep.
When the event is outdoors in November, the staff gear is a hoodie. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
Most banner orders add matching event shirts. Doing both in one order means one proof, one deadline, one delivery. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
The volunteer-shirt companion: light, matched to the signs, priced for volume. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
The gap between what you have and what a press needs is our designers job to close, free with any order. Whatever the starting point, the output is the same: clean vectors, correct insignia, a proof within 24 hours, and unlimited revisions until you approve it in writing. Only then does anything print.
The Design Lab offers the self-serve path, with your art positioned on real product photos and the total priced as you go.
Here is what Defiance County customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.
| Quantity | Pack price | Per shirt | Shipping | Add back print |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Pack of 10 | $180 | $18 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| Pack of 15 | $250 | $16.67 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| Pack of 20 | $320 | $16 ea | $20.99 | $4 ea |
| Pack of 25 | $375 | $15 ea | $20.99 | $3 ea |
| Pack of 50 | $700 | $14 ea | $22.99 | $2 ea |
| Pack of 100 | $1200 | $12 ea | FREE | $2 ea |
Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.
Send the idea through the quote form or build it yourself in the Design Lab. A napkin sketch photographed on a phone counts, our designers have built full unit runs from less.
Within 24 hours you have a proof in your inbox, drawn to size, on the garment and color you picked. Revisions are unlimited and free.
The press does not move without your written yes. It is the single checkpoint that makes the no-returns policy fair.
Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.
Your art and specs stay on file, so reorders match the first run exactly, down to the ink.
Delivery to every address in Defiance County follows one simple clock: 5 to 7 business days including production, with tracking from the moment it leaves. Hit 100 pieces and the shipping line drops to zero.
The roster is the packing list: every size counted into the box, tracking issued at pickup, and any shortage or transit damage made right at our cost without argument.
Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your Defiance County crew begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.
Send whatever exists. Vectors print perfectly, high resolution PNGs print clean, and anything below that gets redrawn free by the design team before it goes near a press.
Yes, APO and FPO delivery is standard here, not an exception, and every state in the country ships the same way.
Completely. Build the design in the Design Lab and the full order total sits on screen the whole time; no email, no call, no waiting.
The standard clock is 5 to 7 business days covering both production and delivery. Many orders can run faster; name the date and we will confirm or decline honestly.
Yes, and it costs nothing with your order. Send a sketch, an old logo, or just the idea, and a designer sends a print ready proof within 24 hours.
Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.
