Banners and Signs for Delavan: free 24-hour proofs, published pack pricing, and tracked delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
Weatherproof 13oz vinyl banners, retractable stands, and yard signs. Hemmed, grommeted, and printed fast. For Delavan, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
Delavan is home to about 8,500 people across 7.4 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Delavan Lake, WI (2 mi), Darien, WI (5 mi), Elkhorn, WI (6 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. The closest major installation is Naval Station Great Lakes, roughly 45 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.
Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Delavan counted against your roster.
Banners and Signs demand around Delavan does not stop at the town line. Crews from Delavan Lake (2 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.
Signage for race day and fair day: sponsors, directions, registration. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
Pull-up stands that turn a folding table into a professional booth. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
Corrugated signs by the stack for fundraisers and campaigns. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
Hem-and-grommet outdoor vinyl sized to the fence line. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
Memorial signage treated as the most important order in the building. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.
Homecoming banners printed quick, because the ship rarely lands on the day first announced. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.
We built this company on a simple standard: print it like the name on it matters. For Delavan customers, that means honest timelines, real proofs, and no excuses on delivery day.
Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.
The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.
The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Delavan customers, these three earn their keep.
When the event is outdoors in November, the staff gear is a hoodie. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
Banners and matching shirts in one order share a proof, a deadline, and a delivery date. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.
Volunteer and staff tees to match the signage, priced for handing out by the box. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.
Finished files are welcome but never required. A faded photo, a hand sketch, or three sentences of description all become professional vector art at no charge, proofed back to you within a day. The revision count is unlimited, the approval is in writing, and production does not move an inch until that approval exists.
Hands-on types can skip the wait entirely: the Design Lab puts your art on the actual garment with the price updating live.
Budget planning for Delavan customers starts with real numbers. This is our light cotton tee pack pricing with the front print already included.

Send the idea through the quote form or build it yourself in the Design Lab. A napkin sketch photographed on a phone counts, our designers have built full unit runs from less.
Within 24 hours you have a proof in your inbox, drawn to size, on the garment and color you picked. Revisions are unlimited and free.
Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.
Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.
Art, thread colors, and size history stay archived, so the next season run starts with one email.
Delivery to Delavan addresses follows one simple clock: 5 to 7 business days including production, with tracking from the moment it leaves. Hit 100 pieces and the shipping line drops to zero.
Before sealing, every carton is counted against the size roster, and tracking goes out the same day. Anything short or damaged gets replaced at our cost on an expedited timeline.
Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.
The extended-size rule fits in one line: add $6 per piece below 25 total, $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab applies it automatically.
Due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. Double check sizing and artwork before submitting your order. Every order gets a free proof first, and nothing prints until you approve it in writing.
Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Delavan crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.
Vector files such as AI, SVG, EPS, and PDF are ideal. A 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background also prints clean. If all you have is a screenshot, we redraw it free.
Yes, APO and FPO delivery is standard here, not an exception, and every state in the country ships the same way.
