Custom printed large format gear for Delaware County businesses, schools, teams, churches, and crews. Proofs in 24 hours, county-wide delivery in 5 to 7 days.
Delaware County crews order printed large format gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery anywhere in the county in 5 to 7 business days.
With about 577,000 people spread across 184 square miles, Delaware County is exactly the kind of territory a nationwide shop serves better than a single storefront: same pricing, same timeline, every address.
The county has one shop for this now, and it happens to be nationwide. Free proofs from real designers, written approval before production, and door delivery anywhere in Delaware County.
Dedication displays produced with the seriousness the ceremony deserves. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
Four-by-eight photo banners for the pier, hangar, and parade field, printed fast because return dates move. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
The full event kit: sponsor boards, registration signs, and arrows that get people where they belong. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
Recruiting tables and expo booths that set up in thirty seconds. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
Field and yard signs in quantity, printed on corrugated plastic. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.
Fence-line vinyl with proper hems and grommets, sized to spec. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Delaware county customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.
Honesty runs in both directions here. A doomed timeline or a design that will disappoint gets called out early, with an alternative attached.
Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.
Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Delaware County customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.
When the event is outdoors in November, the staff gear is a hoodie. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.
Most banner orders add matching event shirts. Doing both in one order means one proof, one deadline, one delivery. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
Volunteer and staff tees to match the signage, priced for handing out by the box. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
Every order includes the design team. They rescue low-resolution logos, invent art from plain descriptions, and keep insignia and period typography accurate when the concept demands it. Twenty-four hours after you send the idea, the proof is in your inbox; as many revisions as it takes come free, and your written sign-off is what starts the presses.
Or open the Design Lab and lay the design out yourself, priced in real time on the exact blank.
Budget planning for Delaware County customers starts with real numbers. This is our light cotton tee pack pricing with the front print already included.

Options price per piece: back prints at the listed rate (falling to $3 at 25 and $2 at 50), oversized full-body fronts at $3 under 25 pieces or $2 above, and 2XL-plus sizes at $6 under 25 pieces or $4 above. Every heavier garment keeps this same pack shape at its own numbers, and the Design Lab totals it live while you build.
Send the idea through the quote form or build it yourself in the Design Lab. A napkin sketch photographed on a phone counts, our designers have built full unit runs from less.
A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.
You approve in writing before production starts. No surprises at the box opening, because you already saw the shirt.
Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.
Your art and specs stay on file, so reorders match the first run exactly, down to the ink.
Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to every address in Delaware County. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.
Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.
The standard clock is 5 to 7 business days covering both production and delivery. Many orders can run faster; name the date and we will confirm or decline honestly.
Yes, and it costs nothing with your order. Send a sketch, an old logo, or just the idea, and a designer sends a print ready proof within 24 hours.
Large orders are the specialty, not the exception: hundreds of mixed-size pieces, roster-counted boxes, one accountable contact.
The extended-size rule fits in one line: add $6 per piece below 25 total, $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab applies it automatically.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Delaware County crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.
