From single pieces to full crew runs, Deschutes River Woods gets printed large format gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.
Deschutes River Woods crews order printed large format gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Deschutes River Woods address in 5 to 7 business days.
Deschutes River Woods covers 6.1 square miles of Oregon, and delivery reaches every address in it on the standard 5 to 7 day window. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Seventh Mountain, OR (2 mi), Tetherow, OR (4 mi), Bend, OR (5 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. For the military community, Kingsley Field sits about 124 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.
Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Deschutes River Woods counted against your roster.
Because Seventh Mountain sits only 2 miles from Deschutes River Woods, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.
Fence-line vinyl with proper hems and grommets, sized to spec. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
Ceremony pieces handled with the gravity the event carries. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
Four-by-eight photo banners for the pier, hangar, and parade field, printed fast because return dates move. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
The full event kit: sponsor boards, registration signs, and arrows that get people where they belong. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
Pull-up stands that turn a folding table into a professional booth. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
Corrugated signs by the stack for fundraisers and campaigns. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Deschutes river woods customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.
It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.
Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.
Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Deschutes River Woods customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.
Volunteer and staff tees to match the signage, priced for handing out by the box. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
For outdoor events in cold months, the crew needs more than a tee. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
Banners and matching shirts in one order share a proof, a deadline, and a delivery date. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
Every order includes the design team. They rescue low-resolution logos, invent art from plain descriptions, and keep insignia and period typography accurate when the concept demands it. Twenty-four hours after you send the idea, the proof is in your inbox; as many revisions as it takes come free, and your written sign-off is what starts the presses.
Or open the Design Lab and lay the design out yourself, priced in real time on the exact blank.
Here is what Deschutes River Woods customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.

Every heavier garment keeps this same pack shape at its own numbers, and the Design Lab totals it live while you build.
Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.

The press does not move without your written yes. It is the single checkpoint that makes the no-returns policy fair.
Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.
We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.
