Custom printed large format gear for Elk Grove businesses, schools, teams, churches, and crews. Proofs in 24 hours, delivered in 5 to 7 days.
Elk Grove crews order printed large format gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Elk Grove address in 5 to 7 business days.
Elk Grove is home to about 178,000 people across 42.6 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Florin, CA (5 mi), Vineyard, CA (5 mi), Parkway, CA (7 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. The closest major installation is Travis Air Force Base, roughly 37 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.
No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Elk Grove.
A typical week of banners and signs orders from this corner of California mixes Elk Grove crews with neighbors like Florin, 5 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.
Four-by-eight photo banners for the pier, hangar, and parade field, printed fast because return dates move. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.
The full event kit: sponsor boards, registration signs, and arrows that get people where they belong. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.
Pull-up stands that turn a folding table into a professional booth. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
Corrugated signs by the stack for fundraisers and campaigns. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
Outdoor vinyl hemmed, grommeted, and cut to the fence you plan to hang it on. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.
Memorial signage treated as the most important order in the building. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Elk Grove customers call, a person who owns the order answers.
That standard cuts both ways. If your art needs work or your timeline is impossible, we tell you up front and offer the fix, because a bad shirt with our print on it costs us more than the order.
Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.
The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Elk Grove customers, these three earn their keep.
Staff tees matched to the signage, cheap enough to hand out by the case. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.
Cold-month events call for fleece on the crew, not just cotton. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
Pair the banner with matching tees in the same order: one approval covers everything. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.
Most orders here start without finished artwork, and that is fine. Our in-house designers redraw low resolution logos as clean vectors, build new designs from a written description, and match era-correct type and insignia when the design calls for it. The service costs nothing with an order, the first proof lands within 24 hours, and revisions are unlimited. You approve the final art in writing before production, so the shirt that arrives is the shirt you signed off on.
Want to try it yourself first? The Design Lab lets you upload art, add text in stencil and athletic fonts, and position everything on the exact garment with live pricing the whole time.
No mystery pricing. These are the published packs on our light cotton tee, front print included, and Elk Grove customers watch the per piece cost fall as quantity climbs.

A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.
Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.
Approval to doorstep runs 5 to 7 business days as the default, faster when rush is booked and honestly refused when it cannot be.
Everything about the run gets archived, which turns every future reorder into a one-line email.
Delivery to Elk Grove addresses follows one simple clock: 5 to 7 business days including production, with tracking from the moment it leaves. Hit 100 pieces and the shipping line drops to zero.
Every box leaves counted, tracked, and matched to your roster. Shortages and shipping damage are on us to fix, fast, because delivery day is the only day the customer remembers.
Vector files such as AI, SVG, EPS, and PDF are ideal. A 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background also prints clean. If all you have is a screenshot, we redraw it free.
Deployed addresses are first-class here: APO and FPO ship on the standard timeline, right alongside all 50 states.
Yes, and without giving up your email: the Design Lab keeps the complete total, packs to shipping, on screen while you design.
Five to seven business days, all in, from approval to arrival. Rush exists for real deadlines and gets an honest yes or no up front.
Design help is included free. Whatever you have, a napkin sketch, a faded shirt photo, a sentence, becomes a print-ready proof from a real designer within 24 hours.
Absolutely. Bulk is where pack pricing shines, and big mixed-size runs ship counted against your roster with a single person accountable for the date.
Simple math: 2XL and up cost $6 more per piece on small orders and $4 more per piece from 25 pieces. No other size fees exist, and the Design Lab totals it live.
