Custom printed large format gear for Elkhart businesses, schools, teams, churches, and crews. Proofs in 24 hours, delivered in 5 to 7 days.
Elkhart crews order printed large format gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Elkhart address in 5 to 7 business days.
With a community of 447 spread over 1.9 square miles, Elkhart gets the same flat delivery promise as everywhere else we serve: 5 to 7 business days to any door. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Broadwell, IL (4 mi), Williamsville, IL (5 mi), Cornland, IL (6 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. The closest major installation is Scott Air Force Base, roughly 107 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.
Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Elkhart counted against your roster.
Because Broadwell sits only 4 miles from Elkhart, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.
Fence-line vinyl with proper hems and grommets, sized to spec. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
Dedication displays produced with the seriousness the ceremony deserves. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
Homecoming banners printed quick, because the ship rarely lands on the day first announced. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.
The full event kit: sponsor boards, registration signs, and arrows that get people where they belong. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
The thirty-second booth: retractable stands for recruiters and expos. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
Stacks of corrugated yard signs for fundraising drives and campaigns. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Elkhart customers call, a person who owns the order answers.
It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.
The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.
Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Elkhart customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.
Staff tees matched to the signage, cheap enough to hand out by the case. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
For outdoor events in cold months, the crew needs more than a tee. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
Most banner orders add matching event shirts. Doing both in one order means one proof, one deadline, one delivery. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.
Most orders here start without finished artwork, and that is fine. Our in-house designers redraw low resolution logos as clean vectors, build new designs from a written description, and match era-correct type and insignia when the design calls for it. The service costs nothing with an order, the first proof lands within 24 hours, and revisions are unlimited. You approve the final art in writing before production, so the shirt that arrives is the shirt you signed off on.
Want to try it yourself first? The Design Lab lets you upload art, add text in stencil and athletic fonts, and position everything on the exact garment with live pricing the whole time.
Here is what Elkhart customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.
| Quantity | Pack price | Per shirt | Shipping | Add back print |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 10 pieces | $180 | $18 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| 15 pieces | $250 | $16.67 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| 20 pieces | $320 | $16 ea | $20.99 | $4 ea |
| 25 pieces | $375 | $15 ea | $20.99 | $3 ea |
| 50 pieces | $700 | $14 ea | $22.99 | $2 ea |
| 100 pieces | $1200 | $12 ea | FREE | $2 ea |
Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.
Start in the Design Lab on the exact garment we print, or send whatever you have through the quote form. Rough ideas are welcome, that is what the free design service is for.
The proof arrives inside a day, drawn at print size on your chosen garment and color. Change anything, as often as needed, at no cost.
Your written approval is the gate. Until it exists, nothing prints; once it exists, exactly that design prints.
From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.
Everything about the run gets archived, which turns every future reorder into a one-line email.
Delivery to Elkhart addresses follows one simple clock: 5 to 7 business days including production, with tracking from the moment it leaves. Hit 100 pieces and the shipping line drops to zero.
The roster is the packing list: every size counted into the box, tracking issued at pickup, and any shortage or transit damage made right at our cost without argument.
Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your Elkhart crew begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.
Best case: vector art (AI, SVG, EPS, PDF). Very good case: a 300 DPI transparent PNG. Worst case: a screenshot, which our designers redraw at no charge anyway.
We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.
Yes, and without giving up your email: the Design Lab keeps the complete total, packs to shipping, on screen while you design.
Five to seven business days, all in, from approval to arrival. Rush exists for real deadlines and gets an honest yes or no up front.
Design help is included free. Whatever you have, a napkin sketch, a faded shirt photo, a sentence, becomes a print-ready proof from a real designer within 24 hours.
Large orders are the specialty, not the exception: hundreds of mixed-size pieces, roster-counted boxes, one accountable contact.
