If your people are spread out, that is fine: Union Center, WI (4 mi), Kendall, WI (6 mi), Wonewoc, WI (7 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. For the military community, Fort McCoy sits about 30 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

Production plus shipping to Elroy addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.
Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.
Due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. Double check sizing and artwork before submitting your order. Every order gets a free proof first, and nothing prints until you approve it in writing.
Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Elroy crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.
Vector files such as AI, SVG, EPS, and PDF are ideal. A 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background also prints clean. If all you have is a screenshot, we redraw it free.
