From single pieces to full crew runs, Fabrica gets printed large format gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.
Weatherproof 13oz vinyl banners, retractable stands, and yard signs. Hemmed, grommeted, and printed fast. For Fabrica, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
From one end of Fabrica to the other, 0.3 square miles, the shipping promise does not change: 5 to 7 business days, tracked. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Seco Mines, TX (1 mi), Siesta Acres, TX (1 mi), Eagle Pass, TX (2 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. For the military community, Laughlin Air Force Base sits about 50 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.
The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Fabrica.
A typical week of banners and signs orders from this corner of Texas mixes Fabrica crews with neighbors like Seco Mines, 1 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.
Dedication displays produced with the seriousness the ceremony deserves. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
Pier-side photo banners sized four by eight, produced on timelines that respect shifting return dates. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
The full event kit: sponsor boards, registration signs, and arrows that get people where they belong. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
Pull-up stands that turn a folding table into a professional booth. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
Corrugated signs by the stack for fundraisers and campaigns. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
Hem-and-grommet outdoor vinyl sized to the fence line. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
We built this company on a simple standard: print it like the name on it matters. For Fabrica customers, that means honest timelines, real proofs, and no excuses on delivery day.
That standard cuts both ways. If your art needs work or your timeline is impossible, we tell you up front and offer the fix, because a bad shirt with our print on it costs us more than the order.
Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.
The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Fabrica customers, these three earn their keep.
When the event is outdoors in November, the staff gear is a hoodie. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
Most banner orders add matching event shirts. Doing both in one order means one proof, one deadline, one delivery. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.
Staff tees matched to the signage, cheap enough to hand out by the case. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
Finished files are welcome but never required. A faded photo, a hand sketch, or three sentences of description all become professional vector art at no charge, proofed back to you within a day. The revision count is unlimited, the approval is in writing, and production does not move an inch until that approval exists.
Hands-on types can skip the wait entirely: the Design Lab puts your art on the actual garment with the price updating live.
Start the budget from the real numbers: published light cotton tee packs, front print built into every figure Fabrica customers see.

|---|---|---|---|---|
| 10 pack | $180 | $18 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| 15 pack | $250 | $16.67 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| 20 pack | $320 | $16 ea | $20.99 | $4 ea |

Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.
Start in the Design Lab on the exact garment we print, or send whatever you have through the quote form. Rough ideas are welcome, that is what the free design service is for.
Twenty-four hours gets you a designer-built proof on the exact blank you chose. Iterate freely until it is right.
You approve in writing before production starts. No surprises at the box opening, because you already saw the shirt.
From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.
Everything about the run gets archived, which turns every future reorder into a one-line email.
Production plus shipping to Fabrica addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.
The roster is the packing list: every size counted into the box, tracking issued at pickup, and any shortage or transit damage made right at our cost without argument.
Included with every order: a designer turns whatever you send into print-ready art, proofs it within 24 hours, and revises free until approved.
Absolutely. Bulk is where pack pricing shines, and big mixed-size runs ship counted against your roster with a single person accountable for the date.
Simple math: 2XL and up cost $6 more per piece on small orders and $4 more per piece from 25 pieces. No other size fees exist, and the Design Lab totals it live.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Fabrica crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.
Best case: vector art (AI, SVG, EPS, PDF). Very good case: a 300 DPI transparent PNG. Worst case: a screenshot, which our designers redraw at no charge anyway.
