Banners and Signs in Felt, OK.

From single pieces to full crew runs, Felt gets printed large format gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.

Banners and Signs delivered to Felt

Weatherproof 13oz vinyl banners, retractable stands, and yard signs. Hemmed, grommeted, and printed fast. For Felt, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

All 0.5 square miles of Felt sit inside our normal delivery map, tracked door to door. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Texline, TX (18 mi), Boise City, OK (20 mi), Clayton, NM (21 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. The closest major installation is Cannon Air Force Base, roughly 149 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Felt.

Banners and Signs demand around Felt does not stop at the town line. Crews from Texline (18 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.

What Felt gets printed large format

Homecoming banners

Pier-side photo banners sized four by eight, produced on timelines that respect shifting return dates. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

Event signage

Registration, sponsor, and directional signs for runs, fairs, and ceremonies. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

Retractable banner stands

Recruiting tables and expo booths that set up in thirty seconds. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Yard and field signs

Stacks of corrugated yard signs for fundraising drives and campaigns. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

Vinyl banners with grommets

Fence-line vinyl with proper hems and grommets, sized to spec. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Memorial and dedication displays

Ceremony pieces handled with the gravity the event carries. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Felt customers call, a person who owns the order answers.

The same discipline applies inward: an unrealistic date or a design that will not print well gets flagged before you commit, not explained after.

Build it on the real garment and watch the price calculate live.

The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.

04 //

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Felt customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Essential Light Tee

Staff tees matched to the signage, cheap enough to hand out by the case. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Pullover Hoodie

When the event is outdoors in November, the staff gear is a hoodie. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Classic Cotton Tee

Most banner orders add matching event shirts. Doing both in one order means one proof, one deadline, one delivery. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

From rough idea to press-ready

The gap between what you have and what a press needs is our designers job to close, free with any order. Whatever the starting point, the output is the same: clean vectors, correct insignia, a proof within 24 hours, and unlimited revisions until you approve it in writing. Only then does anything print.

The Design Lab offers the self-serve path, with your art positioned on real product photos and the total priced as you go.

06 //

What it costs

Start the budget from the real numbers: published light cotton tee packs, front print built into every figure Felt customers see.

QuantityPack pricePer shirtShippingAdd back print
10 pieces$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
15 pieces$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea

50 pieces$700$14 ea$22.99$2 ea

Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Two doors in: the quote form if you want a person on it immediately, or the Design Lab if you want to see it on the garment first. Either way, unfinished ideas are the expected input.

02

Proof

The proof arrives inside a day, drawn at print size on your chosen garment and color. Change anything, as often as needed, at no cost.

03

Approve

Your written approval is the gate. Until it exists, nothing prints; once it exists, exactly that design prints.

04

Print and ship

Production and shipping run 5 to 7 business days standard. Rush options exist and get quoted honestly against your date.

05

Reorder

Everything about the run gets archived, which turns every future reorder into a one-line email.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to Felt addresses. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.

Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.

Common questions

How long does shipping take?

The standard clock is 5 to 7 business days covering both production and delivery. Many orders can run faster; name the date and we will confirm or decline honestly.

Do you help with the design?

Yes, and it costs nothing with your order. Send a sketch, an old logo, or just the idea, and a designer sends a print ready proof within 24 hours.

Can you handle a large order for your Felt crew?

Absolutely. Bulk is where pack pricing shines, and big mixed-size runs ship counted against your roster with a single person accountable for the date.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Simple math: 2XL and up cost $6 more per piece on small orders and $4 more per piece from 25 pieces. No other size fees exist, and the Design Lab totals it live.

What is your return policy?

Finality is the nature of custom work: no returns once it prints. Your protections live earlier in the process, in the free proof and the written approval that nothing skips.

Is there a minimum order?

The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your felt crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.

What file types work best?

Vector files such as AI, SVG, EPS, and PDF are ideal. A 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background also prints clean. If all you have is a screenshot, we redraw it free.
