From single pieces to full crew runs, First Mesa gets printed large format gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.
Weatherproof 13oz vinyl banners, retractable stands, and yard signs. Hemmed, grommeted, and printed fast. For First Mesa, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
First Mesa covers 15.7 square miles of Arizona, and delivery reaches every address in it on the standard 5 to 7 day window. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Second Mesa, AZ (7 mi), Keams Canyon, AZ (9 mi), Shongopovi, AZ (9 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. Luke Air Force Base, around 190 miles from First Mesa, anchors the local military community we print for every week.
The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to First Mesa.
Because Second Mesa sits only 7 miles from First Mesa, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.
Signage for race day and fair day: sponsors, directions, registration. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.
Recruiting tables and expo booths that set up in thirty seconds. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
Corrugated signs by the stack for fundraisers and campaigns. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
Outdoor vinyl hemmed, grommeted, and cut to the fence you plan to hang it on. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.
Ceremony pieces handled with the gravity the event carries. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
Four-by-eight photo banners for the pier, hangar, and parade field, printed fast because return dates move. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. First mesa customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.
That standard cuts both ways. If your art needs work or your timeline is impossible, we tell you up front and offer the fix, because a bad shirt with our print on it costs us more than the order.
Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.
Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among First Mesa customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.
The volunteer-shirt companion: light, matched to the signs, priced for volume. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
Cold-month events call for fleece on the crew, not just cotton. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
Most banner orders add matching event shirts. Doing both in one order means one proof, one deadline, one delivery. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
Finished files are welcome but never required. A faded photo, a hand sketch, or three sentences of description all become professional vector art at no charge, proofed back to you within a day. The revision count is unlimited, the approval is in writing, and production does not move an inch until that approval exists.
Hands-on types can skip the wait entirely: the Design Lab puts your art on the actual garment with the price updating live.
The table below is the actual price list First Mesa customers order from, light cotton tee, front print included, no asterisks.
| Pieces | Total | Each | Ship | Back print add |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Pack of 10 | $180 | $18 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| Pack of 15 | $250 | $16.67 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| Pack of 20 | $320 | $16 ea | $20.99 | $4 ea |

Beyond the table, the only extras are per-piece and public: back prints at the listed rate stepping down to $3 then $2, oversized fronts at $3 dropping to $2, and 2XL-plus at $6 dropping to $4. The Design Lab does this arithmetic for you in real time.
The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.
One day later the proof is in your inbox: your art, your garment, your colors, at true print scale. Revisions never cost a cent.
The press does not move without your written yes. It is the single checkpoint that makes the no-returns policy fair.
From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.
We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.
Production plus shipping to First Mesa addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.
Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.
Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your First Mesa crew begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.
Best case: vector art (AI, SVG, EPS, PDF). Very good case: a 300 DPI transparent PNG. Worst case: a screenshot, which our designers redraw at no charge anyway.
We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.
That is the point of the Design Lab: the complete number, packs, back prints, size upcharges, shipping, updates live while you design, before any contact form.
Five to seven business days, all in, from approval to arrival. Rush exists for real deadlines and gets an honest yes or no up front.
Design help is included free. Whatever you have, a napkin sketch, a faded shirt photo, a sentence, becomes a print-ready proof from a real designer within 24 hours.
