From single pieces to full crew runs, Fort Fetter gets printed large format gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.
Fort Fetter crews order printed large format gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Fort Fetter address in 5 to 7 business days.
Fort Fetter covers 0.1 square miles of Pennsylvania, and delivery reaches every address in it on the standard 5 to 7 day window. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Hollidaysburg, PA (1 mi), Penn Farms, PA (1 mi), Duncansville, PA (1 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. For the military community, Letterkenny Army Depot sits about 52 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.
No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Fort Fetter.
Banners and Signs demand around Fort Fetter does not stop at the town line. Crews from Hollidaysburg (1 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.
The thirty-second booth: retractable stands for recruiters and expos. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
Corrugated signs by the stack for fundraisers and campaigns. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
Outdoor vinyl hemmed, grommeted, and cut to the fence you plan to hang it on. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
Ceremony pieces handled with the gravity the event carries. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
Pier-side photo banners sized four by eight, produced on timelines that respect shifting return dates. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.
The full event kit: sponsor boards, registration signs, and arrows that get people where they belong. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.
We print for units, veterans, and military families every day, and the discipline transfers. Fort fetter customers get straight answers on dates, a named person on their order, and work we would put our own name on.
Honesty runs in both directions here. A doomed timeline or a design that will disappoint gets called out early, with an alternative attached.
Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.
Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Fort Fetter customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.
Staff tees matched to the signage, cheap enough to hand out by the case. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.
Cold-month events call for fleece on the crew, not just cotton. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
Pair the banner with matching tees in the same order: one approval covers everything. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.
Most orders here start without finished artwork, and that is fine. Our in-house designers redraw low resolution logos as clean vectors, build new designs from a written description, and match era-correct type and insignia when the design calls for it. The service costs nothing with an order, the first proof lands within 24 hours, and revisions are unlimited. You approve the final art in writing before production, so the shirt that arrives is the shirt you signed off on.
Want to try it yourself first? The Design Lab lets you upload art, add text in stencil and athletic fonts, and position everything on the exact garment with live pricing the whole time.
Here is what Fort Fetter customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.

Two doors in: the quote form if you want a person on it immediately, or the Design Lab if you want to see it on the garment first. Either way, unfinished ideas are the expected input.
One day later the proof is in your inbox: your art, your garment, your colors, at true print scale. Revisions never cost a cent.
Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.
Production and shipping run 5 to 7 business days standard. Rush options exist and get quoted honestly against your date.

Design help is included free. Whatever you have, a napkin sketch, a faded shirt photo, a sentence, becomes a print-ready proof from a real designer within 24 hours.
Large runs are the core business: hundreds of pieces, mixed sizes, multiple colors, one named contact who owns it from first proof to the delivery scan.
Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.
Due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. Double check sizing and artwork before submitting your order. Every order gets a free proof first, and nothing prints until you approve it in writing.
Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Fort Fetter crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.
File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.
