Banners and Signs delivered to Glenaire

Weatherproof 13oz vinyl banners, retractable stands, and yard signs. Hemmed, grommeted, and printed fast. For Glenaire, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Glenaire is home to a community of 531 across 0.3 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Pleasant Valley, MO (2 mi), Claycomo, MO (2 mi), Liberty, MO (2 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. The closest major installation is Fort Leavenworth, roughly 26 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Glenaire.

Banners and Signs demand around Glenaire does not stop at the town line. Crews from Pleasant Valley (2 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.

What Glenaire gets printed large format

Yard and field signs

Field and yard signs in quantity, printed on corrugated plastic. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Vinyl banners with grommets

Fence-line vinyl with proper hems and grommets, sized to spec. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Memorial and dedication displays

Memorial signage treated as the most important order in the building. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Homecoming banners

Pier-side photo banners sized four by eight, produced on timelines that respect shifting return dates. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Event signage

Registration, sponsor, and directional signs for runs, fairs, and ceremonies. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Retractable banner stands

The thirty-second booth: retractable stands for recruiters and expos. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Glenaire customers call, a person who owns the order answers.

Honesty runs in both directions here. A doomed timeline or a design that will disappoint gets called out early, with an alternative attached.

See your exact price in about ninety seconds.

Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Glenaire customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Classic Cotton Tee

Pair the banner with matching tees in the same order: one approval covers everything. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Essential Light Tee

The volunteer-shirt companion: light, matched to the signs, priced for volume. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Pullover Hoodie

Cold-month events call for fleece on the crew, not just cotton. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

From rough idea to press-ready

The gap between what you have and what a press needs is our designers job to close, free with any order. Whatever the starting point, the output is the same: clean vectors, correct insignia, a proof within 24 hours, and unlimited revisions until you approve it in writing. Only then does anything print.

The Design Lab offers the self-serve path, with your art positioned on real product photos and the total priced as you go.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Send the idea through the quote form or build it yourself in the Design Lab. A napkin sketch photographed on a phone counts, our designers have built full unit runs from less.

02

Proof

The proof arrives inside a day, drawn at print size on your chosen garment and color. Change anything, as often as needed, at no cost.

03

Approve

Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.

04

Print and ship

Standard turnaround is 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, with rush available when the calendar demands it.

05

Reorder

The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Production plus shipping to Glenaire addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.

Every box leaves counted, tracked, and matched to your roster. Shortages and shipping damage are on us to fix, fast, because delivery day is the only day the customer remembers.

Common questions

What is your return policy?

There are no returns on custom orders; once printed, the work is final. That is exactly why production never starts without your written approval of a free proof, and why the size roster deserves a second look before you submit.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes, 10 pieces. That is the smallest run we print, packs for your Glenaire crew keep dropping the per piece price from there, and free shipping starts at 100.

What file types work best?

Vector files such as AI, SVG, EPS, and PDF are ideal. A 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background also prints clean. If all you have is a screenshot, we redraw it free.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Yes. We ship to all 50 states and to APO and FPO addresses for deployed and overseas service members.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Yes. The Design Lab shows live pack pricing, back print costs, size upcharges, and shipping as you build your design.

How long does shipping take?

Count 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, production included. Tighter date? Ask about rush and you get a straight answer before paying.
