Banners and Signs delivered to Grass Range

Weatherproof 13oz vinyl banners, retractable stands, and yard signs. Hemmed, grommeted, and printed fast. For Grass Range, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Grass Range is home to a community of 115 across 0.1 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Ayers Ranch Colony, MT (7 mi), Fords Creek Colony, MT (9 mi), Winnett, MT (22 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. For the military community, Malmstrom Air Force Base sits about 122 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Grass Range counted against your roster.

A typical week of banners and signs orders from this corner of Montana mixes Grass Range crews with neighbors like Ayers Ranch Colony, 7 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.

What Grass Range gets printed large format

Retractable banner stands

Pull-up stands that turn a folding table into a professional booth. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Yard and field signs

Corrugated signs by the stack for fundraisers and campaigns. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Vinyl banners with grommets

Hem-and-grommet outdoor vinyl sized to the fence line. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Memorial and dedication displays

Memorial signage treated as the most important order in the building. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Homecoming banners

Pier-side photo banners sized four by eight, produced on timelines that respect shifting return dates. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Event signage

Registration, sponsor, and directional signs for runs, fairs, and ceremonies. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We print for units, veterans, and military families every day, and the discipline transfers. Grass range customers get straight answers on dates, a named person on their order, and work we would put our own name on.

That standard cuts both ways. If your art needs work or your timeline is impossible, we tell you up front and offer the fix, because a bad shirt with our print on it costs us more than the order.

No sales call needed to get a number.

The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.

04 //

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Grass Range customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Classic Cotton Tee

Most banner orders add matching event shirts. Doing both in one order means one proof, one deadline, one delivery. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Essential Light Tee

The volunteer-shirt companion: light, matched to the signs, priced for volume. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Pullover Hoodie

When the event is outdoors in November, the staff gear is a hoodie. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

No artwork? That is the normal case

Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

Prefer hands-on? Build the design yourself in the Design Lab on real product photos, with the running price on screen while you work.

What it costs

Start the budget from the real numbers: published light cotton tee packs, front print built into every figure Grass Range customers see.

Order sizePack totalCost per pieceFreightBack side
10 pack$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
15 pack$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea

Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.

02

Proof

Twenty-four hours gets you a designer-built proof on the exact blank you chose. Iterate freely until it is right.

03

Approve

You approve in writing before production starts. No surprises at the box opening, because you already saw the shirt.

04

Print and ship

From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.

05

Reorder

Art, thread colors, and size history stay archived, so the next season run starts with one email.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Production plus shipping to Grass Range addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.

Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.

Common questions

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.

What is your return policy?

There are no returns on custom orders; once printed, the work is final. That is exactly why production never starts without your written approval of a free proof, and why the size roster deserves a second look before you submit.

Is there a minimum order?

Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your Grass Range crew begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.

What file types work best?

File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

That is the point of the Design Lab: the complete number, packs, back prints, size upcharges, shipping, updates live while you design, before any contact form.

How long does shipping take?

Count 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, production included. Tighter date? Ask about rush and you get a straight answer before paying.
