Custom printed large format gear for Grove City businesses, schools, teams, churches, and crews. Proofs in 24 hours, delivered in 5 to 7 days.
Grove City crews order printed large format gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Grove City address in 5 to 7 business days.
Grove City is home to about 7,800 people across 2.7 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Harrisville, PA (4 mi), Forestville, PA (6 mi), Barkeyville, PA (6 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. Camp Dawson, around 118 miles from Grove City, anchors the local military community we print for every week.
Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Grove City counted against your roster.
Banners and Signs demand around Grove City does not stop at the town line. Crews from Harrisville (4 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.
Fence-line vinyl with proper hems and grommets, sized to spec. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
Memorial signage treated as the most important order in the building. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
Homecoming banners printed quick, because the ship rarely lands on the day first announced. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
The full event kit: sponsor boards, registration signs, and arrows that get people where they belong. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.
Recruiting tables and expo booths that set up in thirty seconds. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
Stacks of corrugated yard signs for fundraising drives and campaigns. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
We print for units, veterans, and military families every day, and the discipline transfers. Grove city customers get straight answers on dates, a named person on their order, and work we would put our own name on.
That standard cuts both ways. If your art needs work or your timeline is impossible, we tell you up front and offer the fix, because a bad shirt with our print on it costs us more than the order.
The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.
Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Grove City customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.
Staff tees matched to the signage, cheap enough to hand out by the case. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
When the event is outdoors in November, the staff gear is a hoodie. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
Banners and matching shirts in one order share a proof, a deadline, and a delivery date. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
Most orders here start without finished artwork, and that is fine. Our in-house designers redraw low resolution logos as clean vectors, build new designs from a written description, and match era-correct type and insignia when the design calls for it. The service costs nothing with an order, the first proof lands within 24 hours, and revisions are unlimited. You approve the final art in writing before production, so the shirt that arrives is the shirt you signed off on.
Want to try it yourself first? The Design Lab lets you upload art, add text in stencil and athletic fonts, and position everything on the exact garment with live pricing the whole time.
Budget planning for Grove City customers starts with real numbers. This is our light cotton tee pack pricing with the front print already included.

Every heavier garment keeps this same pack shape at its own numbers, and the Design Lab totals it live while you build.
Two doors in: the quote form if you want a person on it immediately, or the Design Lab if you want to see it on the garment first. Either way, unfinished ideas are the expected input.
Within 24 hours you have a proof in your inbox, drawn to size, on the garment and color you picked. Revisions are unlimited and free.
The press does not move without your written yes. It is the single checkpoint that makes the no-returns policy fair.
Production and shipping run 5 to 7 business days standard. Rush options exist and get quoted honestly against your date.
Your art and specs stay on file, so reorders match the first run exactly, down to the ink.
Delivery to Grove City addresses follows one simple clock: 5 to 7 business days including production, with tracking from the moment it leaves. Hit 100 pieces and the shipping line drops to zero.
Before sealing, every carton is counted against the size roster, and tracking goes out the same day. Anything short or damaged gets replaced at our cost on an expedited timeline.
The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your grove city crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.
Vector files such as AI, SVG, EPS, and PDF are ideal. A 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background also prints clean. If all you have is a screenshot, we redraw it free.
Deployed addresses are first-class here: APO and FPO ship on the standard timeline, right alongside all 50 states.
Completely. Build the design in the Design Lab and the full order total sits on screen the whole time; no email, no call, no waiting.
Five to seven business days, all in, from approval to arrival. Rush exists for real deadlines and gets an honest yes or no up front.
Design help is included free. Whatever you have, a napkin sketch, a faded shirt photo, a sentence, becomes a print-ready proof from a real designer within 24 hours.
Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.
