From single pieces to full crew runs, Hannah gets printed large format gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.
Hannah crews order printed large format gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Hannah address in 5 to 7 business days.
Census numbers put Hannah at a community of 7 on 0.2 square miles of North Dakota, all of it covered by the same tracked shipping. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Wales, ND (7 mi), Calvin, ND (14 mi), Sarles, ND (14 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. The closest major installation is Grand Forks Air Force Base, roughly 103 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.
No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Hannah.
Because Wales sits only 7 miles from Hannah, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.
Pier-side photo banners sized four by eight, produced on timelines that respect shifting return dates. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
Signage for race day and fair day: sponsors, directions, registration. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.
The thirty-second booth: retractable stands for recruiters and expos. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
Field and yard signs in quantity, printed on corrugated plastic. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
Hem-and-grommet outdoor vinyl sized to the fence line. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
Memorial signage treated as the most important order in the building. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Hannah customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.
It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.
The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.
The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Hannah customers, these three earn their keep.
Volunteer and staff tees to match the signage, priced for handing out by the box. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
For outdoor events in cold months, the crew needs more than a tee. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
Banners and matching shirts in one order share a proof, a deadline, and a delivery date. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
Design help is not an upsell here, it is how orders start. Describe the concept in a sentence, attach whatever reference you have, and within 24 hours a real designer returns a proof drawn as clean vectors, era-correct where it matters. Revisions cost nothing and continue until the proof is right, and your written approval is the only thing that sends it to production.
The Design Lab is there when you want to drive: upload, place, and price the design yourself on the exact garment we print.
No mystery pricing. These are the published packs on our light cotton tee, front print included, and Hannah customers watch the per piece cost fall as quantity climbs.

|---|---|---|---|---|
| 10 pieces | $180 | $18 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| 15 pieces | $250 | $16.67 ea | $18 | $4 ea |

Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.
Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.
The proof arrives inside a day, drawn at print size on your chosen garment and color. Change anything, as often as needed, at no cost.
Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.
Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.
Your art and specs stay on file, so reorders match the first run exactly, down to the ink.
Production plus shipping to Hannah addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.

Large runs are the core business: hundreds of pieces, mixed sizes, multiple colors, one named contact who owns it from first proof to the delivery scan.
Simple math: 2XL and up cost $6 more per piece on small orders and $4 more per piece from 25 pieces. No other size fees exist, and the Design Lab totals it live.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your hannah crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.
Best case: vector art (AI, SVG, EPS, PDF). Very good case: a 300 DPI transparent PNG. Worst case: a screenshot, which our designers redraw at no charge anyway.
