Banners and Signs delivered to Hermosa

Weatherproof 13oz vinyl banners, retractable stands, and yard signs. Hemmed, grommeted, and printed fast. For Hermosa, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Census numbers put Hermosa at a community of 373 on 0.8 square miles of South Dakota, all of it covered by the same tracked shipping. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Fairburn, SD (11 mi), Keystone, SD (12 mi), Colonial Pine Hills, SD (14 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. Ellsworth Air Force Base, around 16 miles from Hermosa, anchors the local military community we print for every week.

Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Hermosa counted against your roster.

Banners and Signs demand around Hermosa does not stop at the town line. Crews from Fairburn (11 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.

What Hermosa gets printed large format

Memorial and dedication displays

Ceremony pieces handled with the gravity the event carries. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Homecoming banners

Four-by-eight photo banners for the pier, hangar, and parade field, printed fast because return dates move. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Event signage

Signage for race day and fair day: sponsors, directions, registration. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

Retractable banner stands

The thirty-second booth: retractable stands for recruiters and expos. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Yard and field signs

Corrugated signs by the stack for fundraisers and campaigns. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Vinyl banners with grommets

Fence-line vinyl with proper hems and grommets, sized to spec. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We print for units, veterans, and military families every day, and the discipline transfers. Hermosa customers get straight answers on dates, a named person on their order, and work we would put our own name on.

The same discipline applies inward: an unrealistic date or a design that will not print well gets flagged before you commit, not explained after.

Build it on the real garment and watch the price calculate live.

The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.

04 //

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Hermosa customers, these three earn their keep.

Pullover Hoodie

For outdoor events in cold months, the crew needs more than a tee. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

Classic Cotton Tee

Most banner orders add matching event shirts. Doing both in one order means one proof, one deadline, one delivery. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Essential Light Tee

The volunteer-shirt companion: light, matched to the signs, priced for volume. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

05 //

No artwork? That is the normal case

Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

What it costs

The table below is the actual price list Hermosa customers order from, light cotton tee, front print included, no asterisks.

Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Two doors in: the quote form if you want a person on it immediately, or the Design Lab if you want to see it on the garment first. Either way, unfinished ideas are the expected input.

02

Proof

One day later the proof is in your inbox: your art, your garment, your colors, at true print scale. Revisions never cost a cent.

03

Approve

Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.

04

Print and ship

From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.

05

Reorder

Your art and specs stay on file, so reorders match the first run exactly, down to the ink.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Delivery to Hermosa addresses follows one simple clock: 5 to 7 business days including production, with tracking from the moment it leaves. Hit 100 pieces and the shipping line drops to zero.

Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.

Common questions

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Yes, and without giving up your email: the Design Lab keeps the complete total, packs to shipping, on screen while you design.

How long does shipping take?

Five to seven business days, all in, from approval to arrival. Rush exists for real deadlines and gets an honest yes or no up front.

Do you help with the design?

Design help is included free. Whatever you have, a napkin sketch, a faded shirt photo, a sentence, becomes a print-ready proof from a real designer within 24 hours.

Can you handle a large order for your Hermosa crew?

Absolutely. Bulk is where pack pricing shines, and big mixed-size runs ship counted against your roster with a single person accountable for the date.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.

What is your return policy?

Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
