Banners and Signs in Hewitt, NJ.

From single pieces to full crew runs, Hewitt gets printed large format gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.

Banners and Signs delivered to Hewitt

Weatherproof 13oz vinyl banners, retractable stands, and yard signs. Hemmed, grommeted, and printed fast. For Hewitt, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

From one end of Hewitt to the other, 4.6 square miles, the shipping promise does not change: 5 to 7 business days, tracked. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Upper Greenwood Lake, NJ (3 mi), Greenwood Lake, NY (4 mi), Warwick, NY (6 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. The closest major installation is West Point, roughly 20 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Hewitt.

Because Upper Greenwood Lake sits only 3 miles from Hewitt, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.

What Hewitt gets printed large format

Yard and field signs

Stacks of corrugated yard signs for fundraising drives and campaigns. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Vinyl banners with grommets

Outdoor vinyl hemmed, grommeted, and cut to the fence you plan to hang it on. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Memorial and dedication displays

Memorial signage treated as the most important order in the building. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Homecoming banners

Homecoming banners printed quick, because the ship rarely lands on the day first announced. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Event signage

Registration, sponsor, and directional signs for runs, fairs, and ceremonies. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Retractable banner stands

Recruiting tables and expo booths that set up in thirty seconds. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We print for units, veterans, and military families every day, and the discipline transfers. Hewitt customers get straight answers on dates, a named person on their order, and work we would put our own name on.

Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.

No sales call needed to get a number.

The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.

04 //

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Hewitt customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Classic Cotton Tee

Most banner orders add matching event shirts. Doing both in one order means one proof, one deadline, one delivery. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Essential Light Tee

Staff tees matched to the signage, cheap enough to hand out by the case. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

Pullover Hoodie

For outdoor events in cold months, the crew needs more than a tee. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

05 //

No artwork? That is the normal case

Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

Prefer hands-on? Build the design yourself in the Design Lab on real product photos, with the running price on screen while you work.

06 //

What it costs

Start the budget from the real numbers: published light cotton tee packs, front print built into every figure Hewitt customers see.

Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Send the idea through the quote form or build it yourself in the Design Lab. A napkin sketch photographed on a phone counts, our designers have built full unit runs from less.

02

Proof

One day later the proof is in your inbox: your art, your garment, your colors, at true print scale. Revisions never cost a cent.

03

Approve

Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.

04

Print and ship

Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.

05

Reorder

We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

The timeline to Hewitt addresses is fixed and published: 5 to 7 business days door to door, production included. Shipping rates are flat, visible in the table, and free from 100 pieces.

The roster is the packing list: every size counted into the box, tracking issued at pickup, and any shortage or transit damage made right at our cost without argument.

Common questions

How long does shipping take?

Five to seven business days, all in, from approval to arrival. Rush exists for real deadlines and gets an honest yes or no up front.

Do you help with the design?

Design help is included free. Whatever you have, a napkin sketch, a faded shirt photo, a sentence, becomes a print-ready proof from a real designer within 24 hours.

Can you handle a large order for your Hewitt crew?

Absolutely. Bulk is where pack pricing shines, and big mixed-size runs ship counted against your roster with a single person accountable for the date.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Simple math: 2XL and up cost $6 more per piece on small orders and $4 more per piece from 25 pieces. No other size fees exist, and the Design Lab totals it live.

What is your return policy?

Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.

Is there a minimum order?

Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your Hewitt crew begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.
