Custom printed large format gear for Hoffman Lake businesses, schools, teams, churches, and crews. Proofs in 24 hours, delivered in 5 to 7 days.
Hoffman Lake crews order printed large format gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Hoffman Lake address in 5 to 7 business days.
Hoffman Lake covers 0.7 square miles of Indiana, and delivery reaches every address in it on the standard 5 to 7 day window. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Etna Green, IN (3 mi), Bourbon, IN (7 mi), Palestine, IN (7 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. Grissom Air Reserve Base, around 36 miles from Hoffman Lake, anchors the local military community we print for every week.
The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Hoffman Lake.
Because Etna Green sits only 3 miles from Hoffman Lake, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.
Ceremony pieces handled with the gravity the event carries. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.
Pier-side photo banners sized four by eight, produced on timelines that respect shifting return dates. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
The full event kit: sponsor boards, registration signs, and arrows that get people where they belong. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
The thirty-second booth: retractable stands for recruiters and expos. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
Stacks of corrugated yard signs for fundraising drives and campaigns. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.
Outdoor vinyl hemmed, grommeted, and cut to the fence you plan to hang it on. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
The shop runs on habits borrowed from the people we serve: accountability by name, honest reporting, and deadlines that do not slide. Hoffman lake customers feel the difference on the first order.
Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.
Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.
Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Hoffman Lake customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.
For outdoor events in cold months, the crew needs more than a tee. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
Pair the banner with matching tees in the same order: one approval covers everything. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.
The volunteer-shirt companion: light, matched to the signs, priced for volume. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
Every order includes the design team. They rescue low-resolution logos, invent art from plain descriptions, and keep insignia and period typography accurate when the concept demands it. Twenty-four hours after you send the idea, the proof is in your inbox; as many revisions as it takes come free, and your written sign-off is what starts the presses.
Or open the Design Lab and lay the design out yourself, priced in real time on the exact blank.
No mystery pricing. These are the published packs on our light cotton tee, front print included, and Hoffman Lake customers watch the per piece cost fall as quantity climbs.
| Pieces | Total | Each | Ship | Back print add |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 10 pieces | $180 | $18 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| 15 pieces | $250 | $16.67 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| 20 pieces | $320 | $16 ea | $20.99 | $4 ea |

Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.
Send the idea through the quote form or build it yourself in the Design Lab. A napkin sketch photographed on a phone counts, our designers have built full unit runs from less.
Twenty-four hours gets you a designer-built proof on the exact blank you chose. Iterate freely until it is right.
Your written approval is the gate. Until it exists, nothing prints; once it exists, exactly that design prints.
Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.
Everything about the run gets archived, which turns every future reorder into a one-line email.
Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to Hoffman Lake addresses. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.
Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.
Large runs are the core business: hundreds of pieces, mixed sizes, multiple colors, one named contact who owns it from first proof to the delivery scan.
Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.
Finality is the nature of custom work: no returns once it prints. Your protections live earlier in the process, in the free proof and the written approval that nothing skips.
Yes, 10 pieces. That is the smallest run we print, packs for your Hoffman Lake crew keep dropping the per piece price from there, and free shipping starts at 100.
Send whatever exists. Vectors print perfectly, high resolution PNGs print clean, and anything below that gets redrawn free by the design team before it goes near a press.
Yes, APO and FPO delivery is standard here, not an exception, and every state in the country ships the same way.
