Banners and Signs delivered to Houck

Houck crews order printed large format gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Houck address in 5 to 7 business days.

All 42.5 square miles of Houck sit inside our normal delivery map, tracked door to door. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Sanders, AZ (7 mi), Lupton, AZ (11 mi), Oak Springs, AZ (15 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. For the military community, Kirtland Air Force Base sits about 146 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Houck.

Because Sanders sits only 7 miles from Houck, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.

What Houck gets printed large format

Vinyl banners with grommets

Fence-line vinyl with proper hems and grommets, sized to spec. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Memorial and dedication displays

Ceremony pieces handled with the gravity the event carries. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Homecoming banners

Homecoming banners printed quick, because the ship rarely lands on the day first announced. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Event signage

Signage for race day and fair day: sponsors, directions, registration. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Retractable banner stands

The thirty-second booth: retractable stands for recruiters and expos. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Yard and field signs

Field and yard signs in quantity, printed on corrugated plastic. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Houck customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.

The same discipline applies inward: an unrealistic date or a design that will not print well gets flagged before you commit, not explained after.

Build it on the real garment and watch the price calculate live.

Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Houck customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Pullover Hoodie

Cold-month events call for fleece on the crew, not just cotton. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Classic Cotton Tee

Most banner orders add matching event shirts. Doing both in one order means one proof, one deadline, one delivery. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Essential Light Tee

Volunteer and staff tees to match the signage, priced for handing out by the box. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

05 //

The art department is included

Design help is not an upsell here, it is how orders start. Describe the concept in a sentence, attach whatever reference you have, and within 24 hours a real designer returns a proof drawn as clean vectors, era-correct where it matters. Revisions cost nothing and continue until the proof is right, and your written approval is the only thing that sends it to production.

The Design Lab is there when you want to drive: upload, place, and price the design yourself on the exact garment we print.

06 //

What it costs

Start the budget from the real numbers: published light cotton tee packs, front print built into every figure Houck customers see.

QuantityPack pricePer shirtShippingAdd back print
10 pack$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
15 pack$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea
20 pack$320$16 ea$20.99$4 ea

50 pack$700$14 ea$22.99$2 ea
100 pack$1200$12 eaFREE$2 ea

Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Two doors in: the quote form if you want a person on it immediately, or the Design Lab if you want to see it on the garment first. Either way, unfinished ideas are the expected input.

02

Proof

The proof arrives inside a day, drawn at print size on your chosen garment and color. Change anything, as often as needed, at no cost.

03

Approve

Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.

04

Print and ship

From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.

05

Reorder

Art, thread colors, and size history stay archived, so the next season run starts with one email.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

The timeline to Houck addresses is fixed and published: 5 to 7 business days door to door, production included. Shipping rates are flat, visible in the table, and free from 100 pieces.

Every box leaves counted, tracked, and matched to your roster. Shortages and shipping damage are on us to fix, fast, because delivery day is the only day the customer remembers.

Common questions

What file types work best?

Send whatever exists. Vectors print perfectly, high resolution PNGs print clean, and anything below that gets redrawn free by the design team before it goes near a press.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Completely. Build the design in the Design Lab and the full order total sits on screen the whole time; no email, no call, no waiting.

How long does shipping take?

Standard production plus shipping takes 5 to 7 business days. Rush options are available on many orders, tell us your date and we answer honestly.

Do you help with the design?

Always, at no charge. A designer takes your rough input, redraws it print ready, and has a proof in your inbox inside a day, with unlimited revisions after.

Can you handle a large order for your Houck crew?

Large runs are the core business: hundreds of pieces, mixed sizes, multiple colors, one named contact who owns it from first proof to the delivery scan.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

The extended-size rule fits in one line: add $6 per piece below 25 total, $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab applies it automatically.
