Banners and Signs for Hugo: free 24-hour proofs, published pack pricing, and tracked delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
Hugo crews order printed large format gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Hugo address in 5 to 7 business days.
Census numbers put Hugo at a community of 774 on 0.9 square miles of Colorado, all of it covered by the same tracked shipping. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Genoa, CO (10 mi), Limon, CO (14 mi), Arriba, CO (15 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. The closest major installation is Fort Carson, roughly 72 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.
The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Hugo.
Because Genoa sits only 10 miles from Hugo, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.
Pier-side photo banners sized four by eight, produced on timelines that respect shifting return dates. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.
Signage for race day and fair day: sponsors, directions, registration. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
Pull-up stands that turn a folding table into a professional booth. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
Corrugated signs by the stack for fundraisers and campaigns. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.
Outdoor vinyl hemmed, grommeted, and cut to the fence you plan to hang it on. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
Dedication displays produced with the seriousness the ceremony deserves. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Hugo customers call, a person who owns the order answers.
Honesty runs in both directions here. A doomed timeline or a design that will disappoint gets called out early, with an alternative attached.
The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.
The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Hugo customers, these three earn their keep.
Cold-month events call for fleece on the crew, not just cotton. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.
Pair the banner with matching tees in the same order: one approval covers everything. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
Volunteer and staff tees to match the signage, priced for handing out by the box. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
Every order includes the design team. They rescue low-resolution logos, invent art from plain descriptions, and keep insignia and period typography accurate when the concept demands it. Twenty-four hours after you send the idea, the proof is in your inbox; as many revisions as it takes come free, and your written sign-off is what starts the presses.
Or open the Design Lab and lay the design out yourself, priced in real time on the exact blank.
Here is what Hugo customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.
| Quantity | Pack price | Per shirt | Shipping | Add back print |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 10 pieces | $180 | $18 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| 15 pieces | $250 | $16.67 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| 20 pieces | $320 | $16 ea | $20.99 | $4 ea |
| 25 pieces | $375 | $15 ea | $20.99 | $3 ea |
| 50 pieces | $700 | $14 ea | $22.99 | $2 ea |
| 100 pieces | $1200 | $12 ea | FREE | $2 ea |
Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.
Send the idea through the quote form or build it yourself in the Design Lab. A napkin sketch photographed on a phone counts, our designers have built full unit runs from less.
The proof arrives inside a day, drawn at print size on your chosen garment and color. Change anything, as often as needed, at no cost.
Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.
Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.
Art, thread colors, and size history stay archived, so the next season run starts with one email.
The timeline to Hugo addresses is fixed and published: 5 to 7 business days door to door, production included. Shipping rates are flat, visible in the table, and free from 100 pieces.
Before sealing, every carton is counted against the size roster, and tracking goes out the same day. Anything short or damaged gets replaced at our cost on an expedited timeline.
Yes, and it costs nothing with your order. Send a sketch, an old logo, or just the idea, and a designer sends a print ready proof within 24 hours.
Large runs are the core business: hundreds of pieces, mixed sizes, multiple colors, one named contact who owns it from first proof to the delivery scan.
Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your hugo crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.
Best case: vector art (AI, SVG, EPS, PDF). Very good case: a 300 DPI transparent PNG. Worst case: a screenshot, which our designers redraw at no charge anyway.
We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.
