Banners and Signs in Ideal, GA.

Custom printed large format gear for Ideal businesses, schools, teams, churches, and crews. Proofs in 24 hours, delivered in 5 to 7 days.

Banners and Signs delivered to Ideal

Ideal crews order printed large format gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Ideal address in 5 to 7 business days.

Ideal is home to a community of 399 across 1.1 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Oglethorpe, GA (9 mi), Montezuma, GA (11 mi), Ellaville, GA (12 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. The closest major installation is Robins Air Force Base, roughly 35 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Ideal.

Because Oglethorpe sits only 9 miles from Ideal, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.

What Ideal gets printed large format

Homecoming banners

Pier-side photo banners sized four by eight, produced on timelines that respect shifting return dates. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Event signage

The full event kit: sponsor boards, registration signs, and arrows that get people where they belong. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Retractable banner stands

Pull-up stands that turn a folding table into a professional booth. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Yard and field signs

Corrugated signs by the stack for fundraisers and campaigns. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Vinyl banners with grommets

Hem-and-grommet outdoor vinyl sized to the fence line. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Memorial and dedication displays

Memorial signage treated as the most important order in the building. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Ideal customers call, a person who owns the order answers.

Honesty runs in both directions here. A doomed timeline or a design that will disappoint gets called out early, with an alternative attached.

Build it on the real garment and watch the price calculate live.

Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.

04 //

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Ideal customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Pullover Hoodie

Cold-month events call for fleece on the crew, not just cotton. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Classic Cotton Tee

Most banner orders add matching event shirts. Doing both in one order means one proof, one deadline, one delivery. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Essential Light Tee

The volunteer-shirt companion: light, matched to the signs, priced for volume. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

05 //

The art department is included

Design help is not an upsell here, it is how orders start. Describe the concept in a sentence, attach whatever reference you have, and within 24 hours a real designer returns a proof drawn as clean vectors, era-correct where it matters. Revisions cost nothing and continue until the proof is right, and your written approval is the only thing that sends it to production.

The Design Lab is there when you want to drive: upload, place, and price the design yourself on the exact garment we print.

06 //

What it costs

Start the budget from the real numbers: published light cotton tee packs, front print built into every figure Ideal customers see.

QuantityPack pricePer shirtShippingAdd back print
10 pieces$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
15 pieces$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea
20 pieces$320$16 ea$20.99$4 ea

50 pieces$700$14 ea$22.99$2 ea
100 pieces$1200$12 eaFREE$2 ea

Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Start in the Design Lab on the exact garment we print, or send whatever you have through the quote form. Rough ideas are welcome, that is what the free design service is for.

02

Proof

A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.

03

Approve

Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.

04

Print and ship

From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.

05

Reorder

Art, thread colors, and size history stay archived, so the next season run starts with one email.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

The timeline to Ideal addresses is fixed and published: 5 to 7 business days door to door, production included. Shipping rates are flat, visible in the table, and free from 100 pieces.

Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.

Common questions

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Yes, APO and FPO delivery is standard here, not an exception, and every state in the country ships the same way.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Completely. Build the design in the Design Lab and the full order total sits on screen the whole time; no email, no call, no waiting.

How long does shipping take?

Count 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, production included. Tighter date? Ask about rush and you get a straight answer before paying.

Do you help with the design?

Included with every order: a designer turns whatever you send into print-ready art, proofs it within 24 hours, and revises free until approved.

Can you handle a large order for your Ideal crew?

Absolutely. Bulk is where pack pricing shines, and big mixed-size runs ship counted against your roster with a single person accountable for the date.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.

What is your return policy?

Due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. Double check sizing and artwork before submitting your order. Every order gets a free proof first, and nothing prints until you approve it in writing.
